技术高管团队对企业创新效率的影响研究

【摘要】:创新能力是企业扩大创新成果的主要推力,创新效率是企业创新成效的主要衡量标准。企业为提高自身创新能力、提高创新效率,不得不倚重与创新密切相关的技术高管团队。企业的技术高管团队在拥有高管权力的同时具有专业的技术能力,是企业技术创新活动主要的决策者和执行者,他们对策略的决策和执行会直接关系到企业战略制定和计策实施,进而影响企业的创新效率。将技术高管团队从普通高管团队中区分出来,是本文研究对象的创新之处。创始人的个人特性必将影响其行为活动,那么技术高管团队中有创始人是否会对企业创新效率产生积极的影响?在激烈的市场竞争大环境下,企业高管更换频率相对较高,其中包括大量的非正常更换,高频率的非正常更换技术高管是否会对企业产生消极影响?技术高管团队中成员出现非正常更换又是否影响有创始人存在的技术高管团队与企业创新效率之间的关系呢?本文从技术高管团队的类型与更换视角入手,研究技术高管团队对企业创新效率的影响,将技术高管团队类型与更换相结合,突破了以往将两者分裂开,单独研究各自对企业创新效率影响的缺陷,也是本文另一个创新之处。技术高管团队对企业创新效率的影响研究,不仅有利于从理论上构建管理创新与公司治理之间联系,理解技术高管团队在企业中的作用,而且也为在现实应用中如何提升企业创新效率提供启发。本文在相关理论基础上,结合对现有国内外相关文献分析,选取沪深两市A股民营上市公司为研究样本,确定了衡量企业创新效率的五个指标,提出本文的研究假设并建立模型,进行回归分析,最终得出结论:技术高管团队中存在创始人会使衡量企业创新效率的综合指标、研发投入、技术人员投入、年度专利数量和技术人员产出都有所提升。技术高管团队中有成员存在非正常更换时,对企业创新效率的综合指标、技术人员投入、年度专利数量及技术人员产出有负向影响,与研发投入无显著关系。技术高管团队成员中存在非正常更换削弱了技术高管团队中存在创始人对企业创新效率综合指标、技术人员投入、年度专利数量以及技术人员产出的正向影响,但与研发投入无显著关系。
[Abstract]:Innovation ability is the main thrust of expanding innovation achievement, and innovation efficiency is the main measure of enterprise innovation effectiveness. In order to improve their own innovation ability and improve innovation efficiency, enterprises have to rely on the team of technical executives who are closely related to innovation. The technical executive team of the enterprise has the professional technical ability while having the executive power, and is the main decision-maker and executor of the enterprise technological innovation activity. Their decision and execution of strategy will directly affect the enterprise strategy formulation and implementation, and then affect the innovation efficiency of the enterprise. The innovation of this paper is to distinguish the technical executive team from the ordinary executive team. The personal characteristics of the founder will affect their behavior, so do the founders in the technical executive team have a positive impact on the efficiency of enterprise innovation? In the fierce market competition environment, the company executives change frequency is relatively high, including a large number of abnormal changes, the high frequency of abnormal replacement of technical executives will have a negative impact on the enterprise? Does the abnormal turnover of the members of the technical executive team affect the relationship between the technical executive team and the innovation efficiency of the enterprise? From the perspective of the type and change of the technical executive team, this paper studies the influence of the technical executive team on the innovation efficiency of the enterprise, combines the type of the technical executive team with the replacement, and breaks through the split between the two in the past. It is another innovation of this paper to study separately the defects of their influence on the innovation efficiency of enterprises. The research on the effect of technical executive team on the efficiency of enterprise innovation is not only helpful to construct the relationship between management innovation and corporate governance theoretically, but also to understand the role of technology executive team in the enterprise. And also for the practical application of how to improve the efficiency of enterprise innovation to provide inspiration. On the basis of relevant theories, combined with the analysis of existing domestic and foreign literature, this paper selects the private listed companies of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-shares as the research samples, and determines five indicators to measure the efficiency of enterprise innovation. This paper puts forward the research hypotheses, builds the model, carries on the regression analysis, finally draws the conclusion: the technology executive team has the comprehensive index, the research and development investment, the technical personnel input, which will make the enterprise innovation efficiency to be measured by the founder. The number of patents per year and the output of technicians have improved. When some members of the technical executive team have abnormal replacement, there is a negative impact on the comprehensive index of innovation efficiency, the input of technical personnel, the number of patents and the output of technical personnel, which has no significant relationship with R & D investment. The abnormal replacement of the members of the technical executive team weakens the positive impact of the founders on the innovation efficiency of the enterprise, the input of the technicians, the number of patents per year and the output of the technicians. However, there is no significant relationship with R & D investment.
