自我监控人格研究述评与展望

【摘要】:自我监控人格反映了个体在关注外部情境和人际关系并以此调整自我呈现和表现行为的倾向和能力方面的差异,这一个体差异对人们在组织中的行为表现与绩效产生重要影响。本文在阐述自我监控人格概念和测量工具的基础上,从态度与行为、社会网络和工作绩效三个角度对现有文献进行述评,随后构建了一个自我监控人格的系统性研究框架,提出了厘清自我监控人格概念和内涵、开发相应测量工具、拓展研究内容和层次、拓宽不同层次情境变量交互影响的建议。本文为国内学者把握自我监控人格在组织管理背景下的研究脉络和未来研究思路提供一定的参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:Self-monitoring personality reflects individual differences in focusing on external situations and interpersonal relationships and thus adjusting the tendency and ability of self-presentation and performance. This individual difference has an important impact on people's behavior and performance in the organization. On the basis of describing the concept of self-monitoring personality and measuring tools, this paper reviews the existing literature from the perspectives of attitude and behavior, social network and job performance, and then constructs a systematic research framework of self-monitoring personality. Some suggestions are put forward to clarify the concept and connotation of self-monitoring personality, to develop the corresponding measurement tools, to expand the research contents and levels, and to broaden the interaction of situational variables at different levels. This paper provides some references for domestic scholars to grasp the context of self-monitoring personality in the context of organizational management and future research ideas.
