新时代乡村文化与农民工返乡创业意愿

【摘要】:基于对湖南、湖北等十六省市农民工返乡创业意愿的专项调查数据,实证分析新时代乡村文化视角下农民工返乡创业意愿的影响因素,研究发现农民工返乡创业是一种内生的动机:发达的通讯技术缩短了时空距离,冲淡了农村的亲情文化,削弱了农民工返乡创业意愿;信息文化与学习文化对于鼓励和扶持农民工返乡创业至关重要,创业者的个体文化基础影响了返乡创业的意愿,知识和综合素质在返乡创业中的作用越来越大;政策文化对于农民工返乡创业的影响主要体现在金融支持方面,返乡创业者对创业资金的需求迫切,亟需政府的金融支持;农民的就业文化影响了农民工外出务工职业、地点和时间的选择,间接影响农民工返乡创业意愿。
[Abstract]:Based on the special investigation data of migrant workers' entrepreneurial willingness to return to their hometown in 16 provinces and cities such as Hunan and Hubei, this paper empirically analyzes the influencing factors of migrant workers' willingness to start their own business from the perspective of rural culture in the new era. The study found that migrant workers returning home to start a business is an endogenous motivation: developed communication technology shortens the distance between time and space, dilutes the rural kinship culture, and weakens the willingness of migrant workers to return home to start a business; Information culture and learning culture are very important for encouraging and supporting migrant workers to return to their hometown to start their own businesses. The individual cultural foundation of entrepreneurs influences their willingness to start their own businesses. Knowledge and comprehensive quality play an increasingly important role in returning to their hometown to start their own businesses. The impact of policy culture on migrant workers returning home to start a business is mainly reflected in the financial support. The return entrepreneurs are in urgent need of venture capital and need the financial support of the government. Farmers' employment culture affects the choice of migrant workers' occupation, location and time, and indirectly affects the willingness of migrant workers to return to their hometowns to start their own businesses.
