石药集团信息化发展战略研究

【摘要】：在21世纪企业经营管理中,信息化被看作衡量一家企业是否与时代接轨,具备竞争优势的重要指标之一,实施信息化战略也因此成为企业经营战略的重要组成。对于制药企业而言,实施有效的信息化战略,不仅可以帮助企业提升生产经营管理效率,降低企业生产成本,而且有助于增强企业的市场竞争力,对于企业实现健康持续发展具有十分重要的决定性作用。本文以石药集团为例,对其信息化发展战略进行研究,在相关理论研究基础上,分析石药集团信息化发展战略存在的问题,提出切合企业实际的信息化发展战略规划。首先,对本文研究的理论基础与分析方法进行介绍,包括企业信息化战略的概念、波特五力、SWOT分析法等,为本文研究奠定基础;其次,对石药集团信息化发展现状与存在问题进行分析,通过对石药集团信息化发展历程与现状的介绍,对其信息化竞争态势进行分析,提出目前信息化战略存在的问题及原因;再次,提出石药集团的信息化战略规划,从信息化战略需求分析出发,提出信息化战略规划的制定与内容的规划,构建石药集团信息化战略规划。最后,提出石药集团的信息化战略规划的实施对策,提出信息化建设与管理模式相结合、企业合理配置资源,信息化共享、企业信息化建设与企业文化相融合等方面的措施建议。本文研究的创新之处在于,将企业信息战略与医药企业相结合,从微观角度对石药集团信息化战略进行研究,认为当前制药企业处于从单纯的数量增加到技术管理的产业升级中,信息化是所有制药企业升级中不可缺少的部分。石药集团信息化战略制定应密切与企业的管理现状和发展结合,达到企业信息化发展最佳模式,实现信息化战略与整体战略有效的匹配。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, informatization is regarded as one of the important indexes to measure whether an enterprise is in line with the times and has competitive advantage. Therefore, the implementation of informatization strategy has become an important component of enterprise management strategy. For pharmaceutical enterprises, the implementation of effective information strategy can not only help enterprises to improve the efficiency of production management, reduce production costs, but also help enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises. For the enterprise to achieve healthy and sustainable development has a very important and decisive role. This paper takes Shi Yao Group as an example to study its informatization development strategy. On the basis of relevant theoretical research, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the information development strategy of Shi Yao Group, and puts forward a strategic plan of informatization development suitable to the actual situation of the enterprise. First of all, the theoretical basis and analysis methods of this paper are introduced, including the concept of enterprise information strategy, Porter five forces, SWOT analysis and so on, which lays a foundation for this study; Secondly, the paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the informatization development of Shiyao Group, and analyzes the competitive situation of its informatization through the introduction of the development history and present situation of the informatization of the Group. Put forward the problems and reasons of information strategy at present; Thirdly, the paper puts forward the strategic planning of the informatization of the Shiyao Group, starting from the analysis of the strategic needs of the informatization, puts forward the formulation of the strategic planning of the informatization and the planning of the content, and constructs the strategic planning of the informatization of the Group of Stone and Medicine. Finally, the paper puts forward the implementation countermeasures of information strategy planning of Shiyao Group, and puts forward the combination of information construction and management mode, the rational allocation of resources and the information sharing of enterprises. Enterprise information construction and corporate culture and other aspects of the integration of measures. The innovation of this paper lies in the combination of enterprise information strategy and pharmaceutical enterprise, and the research on the information strategy of Shiyao Group from a micro perspective. It is considered that current pharmaceutical enterprises are in the process of upgrading from simple quantity to technology management, and informatization is an indispensable part of all pharmaceutical enterprises' upgrading. The formulation of information strategy of Shiyao Group should be closely combined with the current situation and development of enterprise management to achieve the best model of enterprise information development and to realize the effective match between the information strategy and the overall strategy.
