积极心理学视角下优势匹配感对员工创新行为的影响研究

【摘要】:基于积极心理学视角,检验优势匹配感对员工创新行为的影响,探讨促进聚焦和活力的中介作用,以及双元领导风格在其中的调节作用。研究结果表明,优势匹配感对员工创新行为有显著正向影响,促进聚集和活力起着中介作用,前者是优势匹配感影响员工创新行为的动力机制,后者是优势匹配感影响员工创新行为的情绪机制。双元领导风格在优势匹配感和员工创新行为关系间具有调节作用,双元领导风格会增强优势匹配感对员工创新行为的正向影响。
[Abstract]:Based on the perspective of positive psychology, this paper examines the influence of the sense of advantage matching on employees' innovation behavior, and probes into the intermediary role of promoting focus and vitality, as well as the regulatory role of dual leadership style in it. The results show that advantage matching has a significant positive impact on employee innovation behavior, promoting aggregation and vitality plays an intermediary role, the former is the power mechanism of advantage matching sense to affect employee innovation behavior. The latter is the emotional mechanism by which the sense of advantage matching affects employees' innovative behavior. Dual leadership style can regulate the relationship between advantage matching and employee innovation behavior. Dual leadership style can enhance the positive effect of advantage matching on employee innovation behavior.
