基于双导向的再创能力影响机制研究

【摘要】:改革开放以来,尤其是近20年,一大批中国企业开始崛起。我国企业特别是新兴企业处于比较弱小的状态,面临市场和技术双重劣势,要在当下如此剧烈波动的环境中持续获取竞争优势,就需要通过不断创新来实现,产品创新已经是企业获取竞争优势的核心竞争力之一。迭代创新已经成为实现产品快速创新的一种非常重要的开发模式,企业知识资源是实现迭代创新的重要资源,在企业发展过程中动态平衡企业内外部知识是可以实现迭代创新的重要途径,再创能力是能够实现动态平衡内外部知识整合的能力,什么因素能够影响再创能力的形成和发展成为一个重要研究问题,本文将从客户导向和竞争者导向两个视角出发,运用实证研究方法揭示再创能力的影响机制。本文首先梳理了本研究所需要的相关理论,建立了客户导向、竞争者导向、知识整合、创造性模仿与再创能力之间的关系,并构建了客户导向与竞争者导向对再创能力影响机制的模型。通过实证研究,揭示了再创能力的影响机制,竞争者导向是通过知识整合中介作用去影响企业再创能力的,客户导向对再创能力的直接作用不显著,但可以通过影响知识整合、创造性模仿间接影响到再创能力。知识整合、创造性模仿对再创能力的形成和发展都起到重要作用。结合案例分析,进一步说明再创能力的影响机制。最后,从建立以客户和竞争者为导向的企业文化、建立健全的知识整合管理机制和提高企业创造性模仿的能力三个方面提升再创能力。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, especially in the past 20 years, a large number of Chinese enterprises began to rise. Chinese enterprises, especially the new ones, are in a weak state and face a double disadvantage of market and technology. In order to gain competitive advantage in such a volatile environment, we need to achieve continuous innovation. Product innovation has been one of the core competitiveness of enterprises to obtain competitive advantage. Iterative innovation has become a very important development model for rapid product innovation. Enterprise knowledge resource is an important resource to realize iterative innovation. In the process of enterprise development, the dynamic balance of internal and external knowledge is an important way to achieve iterative innovation, and the ability of reinventing is the ability to achieve dynamic balance of internal and external knowledge integration. What factors can affect the formation and development of the ability to reproduce has become an important research issue. This paper will use empirical research methods to reveal the influence mechanism of the ability of reproduction from the two perspectives of customer orientation and competitor orientation. This paper firstly combs the relevant theories needed in this research, and establishes the relationship between customer orientation, competitor orientation, knowledge integration, creative imitation and recreation ability. The model of the influence mechanism of customer orientation and competitor orientation on the ability of reproduction is constructed. Through the empirical research, it reveals the influence mechanism of the ability of recreation. The competitor orientation influences the ability of reproduction through the intermediary function of knowledge integration. The direct effect of customer orientation on the ability of reproduction is not significant, but it can be influenced by the integration of knowledge. Creative imitation indirectly affects the ability to recreate. Knowledge integration and creative imitation play an important role in the formation and development of reproduction ability. Combined with a case study, the influence mechanism of recreation ability is further explained. At last, we can improve the ability of innovation from three aspects: establishing the enterprise culture oriented by customers and competitors, establishing a sound management mechanism of knowledge integration and improving the ability of enterprise creative imitation.
