基于双重道德风险的两类劳务派遣模式激励机制比较分析

【摘要】:随着市场竞争的加剧,灵活多样的用工方式得到越来越多企业的关注,其中尤以劳务派遣方式的发展最为迅速,但国内外不同背景下产生的劳务派遣模式从出现伊始就有很大不同。本文分别分析了基于双重道德风险的用工单位主导型和派遣单位主导型两种不同类型的劳务派遣激励问题,并在各自分析的基础上,对比分析了两种不同类型劳务派遣模式中派遣单位的努力水平、被遣劳动者的努力水平、用工单位的利润水平、派遣单位的利润水平以及劳务派遣行业整体收益等指标,从而得到不同情形下的最优劳务派遣模式。最后,通过数值算例对其进行模拟分析,为企业实践提供帮助。
[Abstract]:With the aggravation of the market competition, more and more enterprises pay attention to the flexible and diverse employment methods, especially the labor dispatch. However, the mode of labor dispatch in different backgrounds at home and abroad has been very different from the beginning. This paper analyzes two different types of labor dispatch incentives based on double moral hazard, that is, employment unit leading type and dispatch unit leading type, and on the basis of their respective analysis, This paper compares and analyzes the effort level of dispatch unit, the effort level of dispatched worker, the profit level of employment unit, the profit level of dispatch unit and the overall income of labor dispatch industry in two different types of labor dispatch modes. The optimal mode of labor dispatch under different circumstances is obtained. Finally, a numerical example is used to simulate and analyze it to provide help for enterprise practice.
