中国本土网络组织的关系治理机制——基于自组织的视角

【摘要】：治理机制是网络组织研究的重要范畴,而信任是网络组织的核心治理机制。已有关于网络组织信任机制的研究忽略了信任产生的文化根源及其差异,从而未能提出针对本土网络组织治理的独特机制。在儒家文化影响下,本土网络组织的形成与运行依赖于以血缘、亲缘、学缘和地缘为纽带的"中国式关系",这种关系是本土网络组织信任产生的中介。依托这种关系独有的自组织特性,本土网络组织在治理过程中彰显出强大的自组织治理能力。基于自组织视角,本文构建了本土网络组织的关系治理机制,并阐释了该机制下的各种运行规范。鉴于关系的利用容易产生不正当竞争等负面效应,从守"诚"、守"度"与守"和"三方面提出了对关系治理机制合理运用的建议。
[Abstract]:Governance mechanism is an important category of network organization research, and trust is the core governance mechanism of network organization. The research on trust mechanism of network organization has neglected the cultural origin of trust and its differences, so it has failed to put forward a unique mechanism for the governance of local network organization. Under the influence of Confucian culture, the formation and operation of local network organizations depend on the "Chinese-style relationship", which is based on the ties of blood, relatives, learning and geography, which is the intermediary of the trust of local network organizations. Depending on the unique self-organization characteristic of this relationship, the local network organization displays the powerful self-organization governance ability in the process of governance. Based on the view of self-organization, this paper constructs the relationship governance mechanism of local network organizations, and explains the various operational specifications under this mechanism. In view of the negative effects of the utilization of relationship, such as unfair competition, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the rational application of the relationship governance mechanism from the following aspects: "honesty", "degree" and "keeping".
