精益基于良知、事实与逻辑

【摘要】：正精益的底层架构可总结为三个词、六个字:良知、事实、逻辑。致良知,存大爱我们常说,要做负责任的人,负责任是良知的基础。负责任在工作当中表现为两个方面:一方面是坚信共识。所谓坚信共识,就是我们对未来的发展有坚定的信心,我们相信企业发展了,大家会有一个共赢的结果。另一方面,要有坚定的信心。坚信我们一定能达到发展目标。但是,仅有以上两个方面是不够的,必须有一个重要的基础,我把它称之为"心存大爱"。

Responsibility manifests itself in two aspects of work: on the one hand, the belief in consensus. The so-called firm consensus is that we have firm confidence in the future development.
