网易公司盈利模式对公司价值影响研究

【摘要】：从互联网进入中国以来,走过了漫漫二十年,在这段时间里,网络技术和社会都在发展,互联网也渐渐的从一个新兴技术融入到了国人的生活里,同时其别致稀少的盈利模式因与传统的不同而受到关注。网易公司作为发展较早的互联网公司之一,其业务涉猎范围广泛,盈利模式有代表性,是研究整个行业的一个较好的范本。通过大量的阅读国内外文献并对其内容进行梳理,并对互联网目前发展状况进行研究后,可以发现越来越多的企业逐渐发现,在创新性上,盈利模式的重要程度要远远大于产品和服务。因而,一个合理有效的盈利模式决定着企业能否将它的核心竞争力完全发挥出来,合理整合公司资源,优化产品结构及其服务,从而在经营销售中获得盈利,与利益相关者实现共赢。如今的互联网企业已经拥有多种多样的盈利模式,但这远未达极限,盈利模式会随着行业和企业的发展不断演进。在当前的经济环境下,对一个公司价值的评估已经必不可少。学术界对公司价值评估的研究已经相对完善,市场法、收益法等方法在国际上被广泛认可并使用。通过对网易公司盈利模式研究,以及对公司价值的分析,阐述了公司从成立到现在每类业务对应的盈利模式,分别为网络游戏、广告、收费邮箱以及电子商务。以盈利模式的不同为主线,通过采用市场法和经济附加值两种方法来计算网易的公司价值,从得到的数据中发现网易盈利模式存在的问题,然后针对问题对发展战略进行修饰,这样才能有效的扩大公司价值。
[Abstract]:Since the entry of the Internet into China, it has gone through a long period of 20 years. During this period, the network technology and society are developing, and the Internet has gradually merged from a new technology into the lives of the people of China. At the same time its chic rare profit model because of the difference with the tradition and get attention. NetEase Company, as one of the early Internet companies, has a wide range of business scope and a representative profit model, which is a good model for the study of the whole industry. Through reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature and combing its content, and after studying the current development of the Internet, we can find that more and more enterprises gradually find, in the innovative, Profit model is much more important than products and services. Therefore, a reasonable and effective profit model determines whether an enterprise can bring its core competitiveness into full play, reasonably integrate its resources, optimize its product structure and its services, and thus gain profits in its operation and sales. Win-win with stakeholders. Today's Internet companies have a variety of profit models, but this is far from the limit, the profit model will continue to evolve with the development of industry and enterprises. In the current economic environment, the evaluation of a company's value is essential. The research on the evaluation of corporate value has been relatively perfect in academic circles. The methods of market approach and income approach have been widely accepted and used in the world. Based on the study of NetEase's profit model and the analysis of its value, this paper expounds the corresponding profit models of each kind of business from its establishment to now, which are respectively online games, advertisements, charge mailboxes and electronic commerce. Taking the difference of profit model as the main line, using two methods of market method and economic added value to calculate NetEase's company value, from the obtained data, we find the problems existing in NetEase's profit model, and then modify the development strategy according to the problems. This is the only way to effectively expand the value of the company.
