博世集团企业创新驱动要素案例研究(案例型)

【摘要】:创新作为德国制造业长期位于全球领先地位的核心要素,在德国制造型企业的发展历程中扮演着重要的角色。本文通过对德国有代表性的制造型企业-德国博世集团的单案例研究,分析了该企业创新进程中的驱动要素。研究结果表明:企业创新文化及创新环境、企业创新项目的系统性流程、与企业创新项目相匹配的组织结构以及推进企业创新项目落地的信息化创新平台和学习型工具是驱动德国制造型企业创新的关键要素,其中创新文化是制造型企业创新的灵魂,坚实的企业创新文化和浓厚的企业创新氛围激发了员工个体和团队的创新意识及创新欲望,为创意和灵感的孵化创造了必要条件;而专业的创新项目流程和系统则为创意的收集和评估提供了平台和标准;在此平台上,清晰的“任务-角色-责任”矩阵则使得不同角色履行不同的责任,执行不同的任务,确保创新项目顺利高效运转;最后丰富的创新学习型工具则为企业建立了良好的学习型组织,为上述驱动要素的设计及实施提供了必要的支持。上述驱动要素在独立作用的同时,又相互关联,形成了企业内部的创新网络从而驱动企业的创新行为。此外,德国国家创新体系则从外部培育了德国制造型企业内部创新网络与创新文化的形成。本研究完善了德国制造型企业内部创新的相关研究,为本土制造业创新实践提供了借鉴。
[Abstract]:As the core element of German manufacturing industry, innovation plays an important role in the development of German manufacturing enterprises. Based on a single case study of Germany's representative manufacturing enterprise, Germany Bosch Group, this paper analyzes the driving factors in the innovation process of this enterprise. The results show that: enterprise innovation culture and innovation environment, the systematic process of enterprise innovation project, The organizational structure matching with the enterprise innovation project, the information innovation platform and the learning tool to promote the landing of the enterprise innovation project are the key elements to drive the German manufacturing enterprise innovation, among which the innovation culture is the soul of the manufacturing enterprise innovation. The solid enterprise innovation culture and the strong enterprise innovation atmosphere have stimulated the staff individual and the team innovation consciousness and the innovation desire, has created the necessary condition for the creativity and the inspiration incubation; Professional innovative project processes and systems provide a platform and standards for the collection and evaluation of ideas; On this platform, the clear "task-role-responsibility" matrix enables different roles to perform different responsibilities, perform different tasks, and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of innovative projects. Finally, the rich innovative learning tools provide the necessary support for the design and implementation of the above driving factors for the enterprise to establish a good learning organization. At the same time, the driving factors are related to each other, forming the innovation network within the enterprise and driving the innovation behavior of the enterprise. In addition, the German national innovation system cultivates the internal innovation network and the formation of innovation culture of German manufacturing enterprises from the outside. This research improves the internal innovation research of German manufacturing enterprises and provides reference for local manufacturing innovation practice.
