【摘要】:正公司不设战略委员会,却专门成立了"吃货菜谱计划常委会";老总不去给下属KPI打分,却对员工餐每一道菜做出5分制评价;员工餐食材绝对不允许使用不知底细的河鱼、河虾;所有蔬菜都要在医官监督下清水浸泡一个小时才能下锅。朋友把我拉进了一个吃货群,进去就看到一段文字——今天(10月23日)晚餐评价:鸡汤5A;小青菜5A;萝卜炖咸肉4A;带鱼4.5A;感觉:优良。一打听,是该公司的老板对员工食
[Abstract]:The company does not set up a strategic committee, but specifically set up a "foodie recipe plan standing committee"; Employees are not allowed to use fish or prawns of unknown size; all vegetables must be soaked in water for an hour under the supervision of a medical officer before cooking. Friends pulled me into a group of foodie and saw a piece of text today (October 23) for dinner: chicken soup 5A; small greens 5A; turnip stew 4A; ribbon fish 4.5A; feeling: good. It was the boss of the company who gave food to the employees.
