网络新媒体的企业外部治理作用研究

【摘要】：微博微信等网络新媒体在信息分享和传播过程中发挥着越来越重要的作用。作为一种非正式的外部治理机制,网络新媒体在公司的外部治理中的影响愈加显著。网络新媒体的企业外部治理功能主要通过声誉机制、行政介入机制与媒介机制起作用,并在发挥其监督作用的过程中,需要防范特殊利益集团以及政府对新媒体平台的操纵,其力度与方向会受到公众的偏好、媒体的寻租、媒体的所有权结构与行业集中程度等因素的影响,并最终降低企业代理成本、监督企业违规行为、促使企业主动履行社会责任。
[Abstract]:Weibo WeChat and other new network media play a more and more important role in the process of information sharing and dissemination. As an informal external governance mechanism, the influence of network new media on the external governance of the company is becoming more and more significant. The external governance function of network new media mainly works through reputation mechanism, administrative intervention mechanism and media mechanism. In the process of exerting its supervisory role, it is necessary to guard against the manipulation of the new media platform by special interest groups and the government. Its strength and direction will be influenced by the public preference, the rent-seeking of the media, the ownership structure of the media and the degree of concentration of the industry and so on. Finally, it will reduce the agency cost of the enterprise, supervise the illegal behavior of the enterprise, and urge the enterprise to fulfill the social responsibility actively.
