包容型领导对下属工作幸福感的影响研究——互动公平与传统性的作用

【摘要】:基于情感事件理论,探讨了包容型领导对下属工作幸福感的影响及其作用机制,尤其是互动公平的中介作用与传统性的调节作用。通过两个时点对210名员工进行配对问卷调查,结果发现:(1)包容型领导和工作幸福感显著正相关;(2)互动公平在包容型领导和工作幸福感之间起部分中介作用;(3)传统性对互动公平对工作幸福感的正向影响具有负向调节作用,即传统性越高,互动公平对工作幸福感的正向影响越弱。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of affective event, this paper probes into the influence and mechanism of inclusive leadership on the work happiness of subordinates, especially the mediating role of interactive fairness and the traditional regulating effect. A paired questionnaire survey was conducted on 210 employees at two time points. The results showed that: (1) inclusive leadership was significantly positively related to job well being, (2) interaction fairness played a part of intermediary role between inclusive leadership and job well being. (3) tradition has a negative effect on the positive effect of interaction equity on job well-being, that is, the higher the tradition, the weaker the positive effect of interaction equity on job well-being.
