组织双元性实现路径及约束条件——核心能力迭代创新视角的研究

【摘要】:以柯达、富士两家企业为案例研究对象,从核心竞争力迭代视角深入探讨企业在构建组织双元性路径时受到的约束条件及其核心竞争力转化过程与内在机制。打开了企业在遭遇行业冲击后失败的"黑箱",深入、详细地阐释了企业实践组织双元性的约束条件,找到了企业转型的核心竞争力迭代机制,即创新优化后的原核心竞争力、新一代核心竞争力,以及潜在的核心竞争力三者间相互转化、相互支持的内在迭代机制,并阐明了各约束条件促进或者制约组织双元性实践的原因和方式。研究结论丰富了组织双元性及其实现路径的相关理论体系,对中国企业进行变革与战略转型具有重要的理论和实践价值。
[Abstract]:Taking Kodak and Fuji as the case study object, this paper probes into the constraint conditions and the transformation process and internal mechanism of core competence in the construction of dual organizational path from the perspective of core competence iteration. It opens the "black box" of the failure of the enterprise after the industry impact, explains in depth and in detail the constraint conditions of the duality of the practical organization of the enterprise, and finds out the iterative mechanism of the core competence of the enterprise transformation, that is, the original core competence after the innovation optimization. The inner iterative mechanism of the transformation and mutual support among the new generation of core competence and the potential core competence, and the reasons and ways of promoting or restricting the dualistic practice of organizations under various constraints are expounded. The conclusion enriches the relevant theoretical system of organizational duality and its realization path, and has important theoretical and practical value for the transformation and strategic transformation of Chinese enterprises.
