广州凯得融资担保有限公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:近年来国家不断出台相关配套政策,加强融资担保行业的规范管理和行业监管,改善融资担保行业的政策环境,融资担保行业正从前两年的低谷中逐渐走出来,国有控股担保公司在行业中正成为主力军。但受国际宏观经济周期性冲击和国内经济三期叠加的双重影响,中小微企业融资难融资贵不仅没能妥善解决,反而出现部分中小微企业因资金链断裂,导致为其提供担保服务的担保公司受影响,担保代偿率明显上升,经营风险不断加大,未来发展面临着许多新的考验。担保公司的战略定位和实施策略是保持竞争优势的关键因素,是可持续发展的基础。本文从整体上对文章的选题、研究内容与方法和结构框架进行阐述。通过国内外战略管理理论和经典文献的梳理和总结,结合行业特点,对相关研究进行综述。以广州凯得融资担保有限公司为主体,运用PEST分析、波特五力模型分析、竞争者分析、价值链分析、波士顿矩阵分析和SWOT分析等战略管理工具来研究和分析凯得担保公司的发展战略,总结出企业的优劣、劣势、机会与威胁、战略选择、战略实施及措施保障等。最后分析得出凯得担保公司发展战略总体规划:2017-2019年以“规模取胜”为主要发展战略目标,2020-2022年以“规模+品牌”为主要发展战略目标,2023-2025年以“多元化+规模+品牌”为主要发展战略目标。策略上,采用S+0密集型成长战略,通过加大市场开发和产品开发力度,提供差异化的产品和服务,增强市场渗透,提高市场占有率和业务规模,提升整体的盈利能力和市场竞争力,为凯得担保公司立足于广州地区担保公司的引领地位奠定基础。通过对凯得担保公司发展战略的研究,希望能够帮助凯得担保公司制定出适合其自身时代要求的发展战略,使公司在未来的市场竞争中持续处于有利地位。同时,也希望能对中国融资担保行业的国有控股担保公司的整体发展有所借鉴和帮助。但由于本文分析有限,仍有待进一步探讨研究。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the state has continuously issued relevant supporting policies, strengthened the normative management and industry supervision of the financing guarantee industry, improved the policy environment of the financing guarantee industry, and the financing guarantee industry is gradually coming out from the trough of the previous two years. State-owned guarantee companies are becoming the main force in the industry. However, under the dual influence of the cyclical impact of the international macro-economy and the superposition of the three phases of the domestic economy, the difficulty in financing small and medium enterprises has not been properly solved, but on the contrary, some small and medium-sized enterprises have broken the capital chain because of the breakage of the capital chain. As a result, the guarantee companies providing guarantee services are affected, the guarantee reimbursement rate is obviously rising, the operating risk is increasing, and the future development is facing many new tests. The strategic orientation and implementation strategy of the guarantee company are the key factors to maintain the competitive advantage and the foundation of sustainable development. In this paper, the overall topic of the article, research content and methods and the structure of the framework are described. By combing and summing up the domestic and foreign strategic management theory and classical literature, combined with the characteristics of the industry, this paper summarizes the related research. With Guangzhou Kai de financing guarantee Co., Ltd as the main body, using PEST analysis, Porter five Force Model Analysis, competitor Analysis, value chain Analysis, Strategic management tools, such as Boston matrix analysis and SWOT analysis, are used to study and analyze the development strategy of Cade guarantee Company. The advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats, strategic choice, strategy implementation and measures are summarized. Finally, the author draws the conclusion that the overall plan of development strategy of Kai de guarantee Company: "winning scale" is the main development strategy goal in 2017-2019, and "scale brand" is the main development strategic goal in 2020-2022. In 2023-2025, the main development strategy target is "diversified scale brand". In strategy, we adopt S0 intensive growth strategy, through increasing market development and product development, provide differentiated products and services, enhance market penetration, increase market share and business scale, Enhance the overall profitability and market competitiveness, for the Kade guarantee company based on the leading position of the guarantee company in Guangzhou to lay the foundation. Through the research on the development strategy of Kai de guarantee Company, it is hoped that it can help the company to draw up a development strategy suitable for its own era, so that the company will continue to be in a favorable position in the future market competition. At the same time, it also hopes to help the whole development of state-holding guarantee companies in financing guarantee industry in China. However, due to the limited analysis of this paper, it still needs further study.
