调节定向对创新网络惯例的影响——基于组织间信任的情景分析

【摘要】:本文主要研究创新网络中企业的调节定向对网络惯例所产生的影响,并揭示了在不同组织间信任情景下该影响效应的差异。在文献梳理的基础上,从认知和情感两个维度来剖析组织间信任,并依据程度的差异区分为四个组织情境,分别对调节定向与网络惯例的关系展开研究。实证结果显示:信任的情境不同,调节定向与网络惯例之间的关系也会随之发生变化;在情景1中,也就是信任两个维度的程度都较高时,调节定向对网络惯例的正向影响最为显著;在认知信任较高但情感信任较低的情景2中,预防定向不利于网络惯例的形成;在认知和情感两种信任程度都较低的情景中,预防定向与网络惯例不存在显著的相关关系。本文的研究是对调节定向理论和组织惯例研究的有益扩展,有助于指导企业的网络化合作创新行为。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly studies the influence of enterprise regulation orientation on network conventions in innovative networks, and reveals the difference of this effect under different trust situations among organizations. On the basis of literature review, this paper analyzes the trust between organizations from two dimensions of cognition and emotion, and divides them into four organizational situations according to the difference of degree, respectively, to study the relationship between regulation orientation and network conventions. The empirical results show that: the relationship between regulation orientation and network convention will change with the different situations of trust; In scenario 1, when both dimensions of trust are high, the positive effect of adjustment orientation on network conventions is most significant, and in scenario 2, where cognitive trust is high but emotional trust is low, preventing orientation is not conducive to the formation of network conventions, and in scenario 2, where cognitive trust is high but emotional trust is low, orientation is not conducive to the formation of network conventions. There is no significant correlation between preventive orientation and network convention in situations with low level of cognitive and emotional trust. The research in this paper is a useful extension of the research on regulation orientation theory and organizational practice, which is helpful to guide the network cooperative innovation behavior of enterprises.
