企业研发网络与技术学习模式选择:一个文献综述

【摘要】:企业的研发网络和技术学习是近年来学术界在企业技术创新领域关注的焦点,学者逐渐开始研究企业研发网络对于技术学习的影响。本文对研发网络、技术学习、研发网络与技术学习模式选择的研究进行了文献综述,回顾了研发网络与技术学习的经典理论和学界最新研究进展,并且从网络边界和网络密度两个方面详细分析了研发网络对技术学习模式选择的影响。结论指出,现有大多数研究主要从静态视角来探索网络结构与学习方式选择的关系,没有关注到外部网络特征与学习方式选择的动态匹配问题,最后辨明了下一步需要着力研究的关键问题及其研究线索。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the research and development network and technology learning of enterprises are the focus of academic circles in the field of enterprise technological innovation, scholars gradually began to study the impact of enterprise R & D network on technology learning. In this paper, the research on R & D network, technology learning, R & D network and the choice of technology learning mode are reviewed, and the classical theory of R & D network and technology learning and the latest research progress in academic circles are reviewed. The influence of R & D network on the choice of technology learning mode is analyzed in detail from two aspects of network boundary and network density. It is concluded that most of the existing studies mainly explore the relationship between network structure and learning style selection from a static perspective, and do not pay attention to the dynamic matching between external network characteristics and learning mode selection. Finally, the key problems and clues that need to be studied in the next step are identified.
