关系收益对关系质量的影响——兼论顾客依恋回避的调节效应

【摘要】:本文以依恋理论为基础,将顾客依恋回避作为调节变量,分析顾客获取的关系收益与服务企业形成的关系质量的关系。研究发现,顾客依恋回避程度可以调节关系收益和关系质量的关系,依恋回避程度越高,经济收益对信任的正向影响越显著,社会收益对情感承诺的正向影响越显著,心理收益对信任的正向影响越显著。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of attachment, this paper takes customer attachment avoidance as a regulating variable, and analyzes the relationship between the relationship income obtained by customers and the relationship quality formed by service enterprises. It is found that the degree of customer attachment avoidance can regulate the relationship between relationship income and relationship quality. The higher the degree of attachment avoidance, the more significant the positive effect of economic income on trust, the more significant the positive effect of social income on emotional commitment, and the more significant the positive effect of psychological income on trust.
