单机生产排序问题的可持续性优化

【摘要】：针对单机器的生产排序问题,研究允许在生产间歇开关机器的可持续性优化方法。以最小化碳排放和总完成时间为目标建立数学规划模型,同时对订单的生产顺序、开始生产时刻和机器的开关机计划进行决策。基于分层序列法对模型进行求解分析,分别提出了求解主次目标的最优性条件,并利用禁忌搜索算法优化生产顺序。通过一个企业案例和多个模拟算例的计算分析,表明可持续性优化方法可以显著减少生产过程中的碳排放。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the production scheduling problem of single machine, the sustainability optimization method of batch switching machine is studied. In order to minimize carbon emissions and total completion time, a mathematical programming model is established, and decisions are made on the production sequence of the order, the starting time of production and the switch plan of the machine. Based on the hierarchical sequence method, the optimization conditions for solving the primary and secondary objectives are put forward, and the Tabu search algorithm is used to optimize the production sequence. Through the calculation and analysis of one enterprise case and several simulation examples, it is shown that the sustainability optimization method can significantly reduce the carbon emissions in the production process.
