消费价值观变革促进企业低碳责任层次的提升

【摘要】:企业低碳责任发展主要经历被动响应社会低碳发展需要、满足消费者低碳产品需求、主动响应利益的相关者需要、实施企业低碳发展战略和培育企业低碳价值观五个层次,层次间存在递进关系。企业低碳责任发展层次的提升需要低碳消费群体规模及消费行为支撑相应的利润,这需要对消费价值观进行变革,实现从权利型、被动依附型消费价值观向责任型及主动参与型消费价值观发展,从而提升消费者对低碳产品的终极价值认同,降低低碳产品的感知风险,建立消费者对低碳供给者的信任关系。为此,提出以下策略建议:以消费价值观变革为目标开拓企业差异化发展路径、以消费价值观变革为动力创新企业服务模式、以消费价值观变革为基础构建企业低碳增值服务盈利模式、以消费价值观变革为导向完善政府监管调控方式。
[Abstract]:The development of enterprise low-carbon responsibility mainly experiences five levels: passively responding to the needs of social low-carbon development, meeting the needs of consumers' low-carbon products, actively responding to the needs of stakeholders, implementing the enterprise low-carbon development strategy and cultivating enterprise low-carbon values. The promotion of enterprise low-carbon responsibility development level needs the scale of low-carbon consumption group and consumption behavior to support the corresponding profits, which needs to change the consumption values and realize the development of subordinate and passive dependent consumption values to responsible and active participation consumption values, so as to enhance consumers' ultimate value identity of low-carbon products and reduce the perceived risk of low-carbon products. Build consumer trust with low-carbon suppliers. Therefore, the following strategic suggestions are put forward: to open up the development path of enterprise differentiation with the goal of the change of consumption values, to innovate the service mode of enterprises with the change of consumption values as the motive force, to construct the profit mode of low carbon value-added service of enterprises on the basis of the change of consumption values, and to perfect the mode of government supervision and control under the guidance of the change of consumption values.
