电子零件计算机辅助工时定额计算系统的研究与实现
[Abstract]:Man-hour quota is a basic work of enterprise information management, a necessary means for enterprises to carry out scientific and standardized management, and an important part of modern enterprise management system. The formulation of man-hour quota is related to cost accounting in the production process, manufacturing cycle and economic benefits of manufacturing workers. In this paper, the present situation of man-hour quota of electronic parts in a Nanjing enterprise is studied, and it is found that there are two main problems: the empirical estimation method is used to carry out the man-hour quota for a long time, and there is a big deviation in the quota result, and the structure of electronic parts is complex and the man-hour quota is difficult. In this paper, the computer aided man-hour quota technology is studied, and the computer-aided man-hour quota calculation system for electronic parts is designed and developed, which improves the accuracy and efficiency of the man-hour quota. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) the case-based reasoning technology is applied to the man-hour quota of electronic parts complete process. The information model of part man-hour quota is established, and the expression method of part man-hour example is given; the part feature extraction technology based on Creo and the retrieval algorithm of similar parts are studied, and the evaluation method of the example is determined; the reuse strategy of the example is given for the NC machining process in the technological process; and the modification and preservation technology of the example is studied. Finally, the feasibility of the algorithm is verified by taking shell parts as an example. (2) the man-hour quota technology of printed circuit board parts is studied, the influencing factors of process and working hours are analyzed, and the calculation model of man-hour quota of key processes is established by means of measurement method and MATLAB formula fitting. (3) the requirements and overall objectives of the system are put forward, the architecture of the system is established, and the functional modules and business roles of the system are divided. The business process is determined and the system database is designed. (4) the computer aided man-hour quota calculation system for electronic parts is developed, which is divided into two subsystems based on Web and Creo, and the auxiliary man-hour quota calculation function and part similarity retrieval function are realized respectively.
