大规模定制条件下创新文化研究新视角——模块化设计及流程自动化的二次影响

【摘要】:利用对上海、浙江、天津、广东、福建、湖北等地区总计160家大规模定制企业发送问卷采集的数据,实证分析了不同程度模块化设计和流程自动化对企业创新文化是否具有影响。研究结果表明:在大规模定制条件下,模块化设计和流程自动化均对企业创新文化具有显著的正向影响,并且根据建立的回归模型及最终结果来看,模块化设计对企业创新文化具有一次影响,流程自动化对企业创新文化具有二次影响,即流程自动化对企业创新文化的影响更为显著。而后根据年资的分组分析时发现,企业经营的年限不同,模块化设计与流程自动化在不同阶段的影响程度是不同的。
[Abstract]:Based on the data collected from 160 mass customization enterprises in Shanghai, Zhejiang, Tianjin, Guangdong, Fujian and Hubei, this paper empirically analyzes whether different degrees of modular design and process automation have influence on enterprise innovation culture. The results show that modularization design and process automation have significant positive influence on enterprise innovation culture under the condition of mass customization, and according to the regression model and the final result, modular design has one influence on enterprise innovation culture, and process automation has secondary influence on enterprise innovation culture, that is, process automation has more significant influence on enterprise innovation culture. Then, according to the grouping analysis of seniority, it is found that the influence degree of modularization design and process automation in different stages is different because of the different years of enterprise operation.
