技术管理在知识资源影响新产品开发绩效中的作用研究

优秀的公司特别重视技术,但技术本身并不被视为成功的主要原因。最重要的一点是如何在这个领域建立良好的管理机制。在一个有才华的管理团队中,技术可以成为发展的重要加速器。俄罗斯工业部门是经济发展中的最重要部门,正如所有主要发达国家一样。由于高新技术产业,发达国家经济繁荣并在世界经济中处于领先地位。然而,俄罗斯工业企业是当今环境中最脆弱的经济组成部分之一。如果说在1990年的科技密集型产品占俄罗斯出口总额的份额为23%,然而在最近几年其总额不超过1.5-2个百分点。俄罗斯的工业企业大大落后于世界领先国家,缺乏在国际市场上具有竞争力的产品。在苏联时期,该国以其巨大的科学能力和技术潜力而闻名,但迄今为止,它几仍未做好在竞争激烈的市场中进行创新的准备。尽管,专家们认为俄罗斯是航天和核工业的技术领先者,但俄罗斯联邦仍然缺乏创新性和现代性。在俄罗斯,高技术产业在实践中能够取得成功的案例还是非常少的并且集中在软件领域。例如,包括著名的杀毒软件品牌、生产自动化系统和密码保护程序。此外,还有搜索引擎和社交网络如Yandex、VKontakte、支付系统付全款和交易平台port.ru等。在研究俄罗斯技术管理的相...
