大数据集成的权益危机与价值回归

【摘要】：大数据集成系统通过挖掘巨量信息仓储潜藏的诸多关联性,分析参与者的行为轨迹、思维模式与未来趋向,有利于革新商业模式、助力科研发展、实现个性化知识传承并改进政治生活参与方式,等等,但这一过程中逐渐暴露出分离识别侵害自由权、关联分析侵害平等权、技术垄断侵害知情权以及资源独占侵害发展权等诸多问题。亟待构建以自由储流、公平挖掘与收益共享等为核心的原则体系,实现大数据产业透明、有序与公允发展的价值回归。
[Abstract]:Big data integrated system can help to innovate the business model and promote the development of scientific research by excavating the many correlations hidden in the huge amount of information storage, analyzing the behavior track, thinking mode and future trend of the participants. The realization of individualized knowledge transmission and the improvement of political life participation, etc., but in this process gradually exposed the separation and identification of infringement of the right to freedom, related analysis of the violation of the right to equality, The technology monopoly infringes upon the right to know and the resources exclusive encroaches upon the right to development and so on. It is urgent to construct the principle system with the core of free storage, fair mining and revenue sharing, so as to realize big data's industrial transparency. Order and fair development of the value of regression.
