新疆移动业务支撑4A2.0项目可行性研究

【摘要】：在分析新疆移动公司业务支撑系统4A1.0在账号、认证、授权、日志审计方面存在的主要问题基础上，展开4A2.0项目的可行性研究。立足新疆经济、社会发展，主要是“十二·五”规划和中央新疆座谈会以来，全区“稳疆兴疆、富民固边”战略对当地国民经济拉动及对社会进步促进的总体走势进行科学分析，重点对此大背景下的社会通信及信息化服务需求进行了研究和预测，从而获得业务支撑4A系统从4A1.0扩容升级到4A2.0的业务系统接入能力需求和架构调整的功能需求。论文在比较行业发展竞争分析的基础上，从业务管理要求、安全管理要求提出可行性方案论证，特别是结合中国移动通信集团公司集中化、信息化、标准化管理理念和4A2.0规范要求，提出更加明确的功能提升需求的现实必要性和可操作性；从宏观经济到微观经济，从行业到企业，从集团到新疆，从管理到技术，，多角度多视角地论证了项目的可行性，最后又从企业内部风险控制、业务运营管理、网络运行维护管理的角度论证了项目的可行性，论点清楚、论据充分，经济评价有理有据，科学论证了项目的可行性。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the main problems in account number, authentication, authorization and log audit in the business support system 4A1.0 of Xinjiang Mobile Company, the feasibility study of 4A2.0 project is carried out, which is based on the economic and social development of Xinjiang. Mainly since the "12 ~ (th) Five-Year Plan" and the Central Xinjiang Symposium, the strategy of "stabilizing Xinjiang and prospering Xinjiang, enriching the people and cementing the border" has scientifically analyzed the overall trend of promoting the local national economy and promoting social progress. The demand of social communication and information service under this background is studied and forecasted, and the service support 4A system is upgraded from 4A1.0 to 4A2.0. On the basis of the comparative analysis of industry development competition, the paper puts forward the feasibility scheme from the requirements of business management and security management, especially combining with the centralization and informatization of China Mobile Communications Group Company. Standardization management idea and 4A 2.0 standard requirement, put forward the realistic necessity and maneuverability of more explicit function upgrading demand, from macro economy to micro economy, from industry to enterprise, from group to Xinjiang, from management to technology, from macro economy to micro economy, from industry to enterprise, from group to Xinjiang, from management to technology, Finally, the feasibility of the project is demonstrated from the angles of enterprise internal risk control, business operation management, network operation and maintenance management. The arguments are clear, the arguments are sufficient, and the economic evaluation is reasonable. The feasibility of the project is proved scientifically.
