ITO市场双层级SCP分析及基于印度市场我国ITO市场的竞争力分析

【摘要】:随着近几十年计算机信息技术快速大跨越式的发展,软件服务外包行业迅速发展起来,这一行业是以计算机和互联网为发展依托的,其存在原因在于企业希望着重发展自身核心业务的发展诉求,使得企业在竞争激烈的市场格局下能够无后顾之忧地发挥自身优势,进入21世纪以来,全球外包行业都在以20%多的速度发展,到2015年预计将达到1000亿美元的市场规模。同时软件服务外包市场的发展不仅对于本行业有重大意义,对于其他行业也具有重大意义,因为这对于一个企业发展核心竞争力的助推意义是极其显著的,而且随着技术需求等级的不断提升,发展好企业非核心业务外包对于提升企业经营管理效率和降低成本都是对企业发展有决定性作用的。 软件外包行业中分为发包企业和接包企业两方,发包企业就是有将自身某一部分业务流程分包出去意向的企业,现在的全球市场下,美国、欧洲和日本是发包企业集中的地区,到2012年,美国占发包市场的70%的份额。同时与发包企业同时对应发展的接包市场则由印度、爱尔兰和中国等国家占据。但在各发包国企业和接包国企业之间的发展水平是有差距的。 本文首先就发、接包市场的发展等级不同将软件外包市场——ITO市场进行了分类。先是通过运用经典的S-C-P经济分析模型对两种发展等级的ITO市场进行理论分析,将各个市场的市场结构、企业行为和企业绩效都加以分析,获取出不同市场的发展特点,如低层级ITO市场属于介于完全垄断和完全竞争之间的垄断竞争市场格局,而高层级ITO市场则属于技术垄断的市场格局,从这种不同市场结构出发分析衍生出两种市场格局的不同企业行为和企业绩效,总结出两市场下的企业发展路径,进而为我国的软件外包市场发展现状进行剖析和提出发展建议。 本文从四个部分进行阐述,第一部分是绪论,阐述本文研究的背景、国内外对ITO市场发展的文献综述,概念界定,论文结构,研究方法,以及本文的创新点和存在的不足。第二部分则是通过对双层级ITO市场分别运用S-C-P分析方法进行市场分析,进而总结出各等级市场自身的发展和效益特性。第三部分是总结分析下我国ITO市场现在的发展现状。第四部分是基于印度ITO市场成功发展起来的实例对我国市场进行反思分析并提出对策建议。 本文的基本结论是:我国ITO市场显著地属于低层级ITO市场的发展范畴,借鉴于印度渐渐进入高层级市场的发展现状,我国市场要明确今后向高层级市场转变的发展路线,提高行业效率和收益。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer information technology in recent decades, software service outsourcing industry has developed rapidly, which is based on computer and Internet. The reason is that the enterprises want to focus on the development of their core business, so that enterprises in the competitive market structure can give full play to their own advantages, since 21th century, The global outsourcing industry is developing at a rate of more than 20% and is expected to reach a market scale of 100 billion US dollars by 2015. At the same time, the development of the software service outsourcing market is of great significance not only to this industry, but also to other industries. Because it is extremely significant for an enterprise to develop its core competitiveness, and with the continuous upgrading of the level of technology demand, The development of non-core outsourcing plays a decisive role in improving the efficiency of enterprise management and reducing the cost. The software outsourcing industry is divided into contract issuing enterprises and contracting enterprises. Contract issuing enterprises are enterprises that have the intention to subcontract a part of their business processes. Now in the global market, the United States, In 2012, the United States had a share of 70% of the contracting market. Meanwhile, the contracting market, which was developed at the same time as the contracting enterprises, was developed by India. Countries such as Ireland and China occupy. However, there is a gap in the level of development between the enterprises in each contracting country and those in the receiving country. In this paper, the software outsourcing market is classified according to the different levels of development of the contracting market. Firstly, by using the classical S-C-P economic analysis model, the paper makes a theoretical analysis of the ITO market with two levels of development. The market structure, enterprise behavior and enterprise performance of each market are analyzed, and the development characteristics of different markets are obtained. For example, the low-level ITO market belongs to the monopoly competition market between complete monopoly and complete competition. The high-level ITO market belongs to the market pattern of technology monopoly. From this different market structure, this paper analyzes the different enterprise behavior and enterprise performance derived from the two market patterns, and summarizes the development path of enterprises under the two markets. Then it analyzes the present situation of software outsourcing market in China and puts forward some suggestions. The first part is the introduction, the background of this study, the domestic and foreign literature review of the development of ITO market, the definition of the concept, the structure of the paper, the research methods, The second part uses S-C-P analysis method to analyze the double-tier ITO market. The third part is to summarize and analyze the current development of ITO market in China. Part 4th is based on the successful development of India's ITO market to China's market. Carry on the reflection analysis and put forward the countermeasure suggestion. The basic conclusions of this paper are as follows: the ITO market in our country belongs to the development category of the low level ITO market significantly, drawing lessons from the current situation of India gradually entering the high-level market, our country market should make clear the development route of the transition to the high-level market in the future. Improve industry efficiency and revenue.
