【摘要】:随着通信行业竞争日趋激烈,中国电信湖南公司在进入全业务运营后,与其他运营商的产品逐渐趋同,利润空间受到挤压,发展陷入巨大的困境,主要表现在存量流失严重,收入增长乏力,市场份额下降,竞争能力减弱。在这种严峻的形势下,中国电信湖南公司亟需通过深入分析企业内外部环境和自身具备的核心能力,对现有发展战略及时进行调整,以推动企业步入持续健康发展的轨道。 本文介绍了国内外战略管理研究的历史及现状,回顾了战略管理理论的主要发展阶段以及各阶段的主要理论,并对主要的战略管理分析工具进行了简要介绍;通过对社会、经济、政治和技术环境的一般性分析,对行业现状、行业需求、行业增长、竞争力和主要竞争对手发展情况的整体透视,,结合SWOT分析方法,阐明了中国电信湖南公司发展战略调整的必要性和必然性;在对可供选择的战略调整方案逐一分析和评价后,从企业核心竞争力出发,明确了中国电信湖南公司发展战略调整的目标和方向,即以密集性成长战略为首选,通过市场渗透战略、业务开发战略、市场开发战略,以及特许经营战略和相关多元化战略等有机组合,构建高效运转平台,加强风险管控,推动企业加快由传统的基础网络运营商向现代综合信息服务提供商转变。 面对新的形势和任务,中国电信湖南公司调整发展战略是情势所迫、大势所趋。如何在战略调整中做到既总揽全局、着眼长远,又立足当前、贴近实际,通过本文的研究,可为通信行业同类型企业发展战略调整提供有益的思路与借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce competition in the communications industry, after China Telecom Hunan Company enters the whole business operation, the products of other operators gradually converge, the profit space is squeezed, and the development falls into a huge dilemma, which is mainly reflected in the serious loss of stock. Revenue growth is weak, market share is declining, and competitiveness is weakening. In this grim situation, China Telecom Hunan Company urgently needs to deeply analyze the internal and external environment of enterprises and their core capabilities. The existing development strategy should be adjusted in time to push the enterprise into the track of sustainable and healthy development. This paper introduces the history and present situation of the strategic management research at home and abroad, reviews the main development stages of the strategic management theory and the main theories of each stage, and briefly introduces the main strategic management analysis tools. A general analysis of the economic, political and technological environment, an overall perspective on the current situation of the industry, industry demand, industry growth, competitiveness and the development of major competitors, combined with SWOT analysis, This paper expounds the necessity and inevitability of the development strategy adjustment of China Telecom Hunan Company, analyzes and evaluates the strategic adjustment scheme one by one, and proceeds from the core competence of the enterprise. The aim and direction of the development strategy adjustment of China Telecom Hunan Company are defined, that is, the first choice is the intensive growth strategy, through the market penetration strategy, the business development strategy, the market development strategy, the market development strategy. As well as the organic combination of franchise strategy and related diversification strategy, to build an efficient operation platform, strengthen risk management and control, promote enterprises to accelerate the transformation from traditional basic network operators to modern integrated information service providers. Facing the new situation and task, China Telecom Hunan Company adjusts the development strategy is forced by the situation, the general trend. How to achieve in the strategic adjustment not only the overall situation, the long-term view, but also based on the present situation, is close to the reality, through this article research, It can provide useful ideas and reference for the development strategy adjustment of the same type of enterprises in the communication industry.
