广州市花都区城镇建设用地适宜性评价研究——基于MCR面特征提取

【摘要】:从降低城市化过程中因建设用地扩展所致生态不利影响出发,本文以最小累积阻力(MCR)模型为基础,选取已有建设用地作为扩展源,构建地形、地质、生态脆弱性和可达性四个阻力因子体系。在生成的MCR面上,划分建设用地适宜性分区,并利用Hydrology扩展模块提取建设用地适宜扩展路径、生态隔离带和生态关键点,为城镇生态建设规划和景观格局优化提供决策支持。主要结果包括:应用本文方法分析建设用地适宜性评价的面、线、点综合特征,比仅进行扩展面评价分析的常规方法更为全面,且更具可操作性;划分出建设用地适宜扩展区、较适宜扩展区、限制扩展区、禁止扩展区和生态恢复区,并提出相应的管理措施;建设用地在适宜扩展区和较适宜扩展区内,由扩展路径引导优化开发,可避免盲目地"摊大饼式"蔓延;生态隔离带打破现有建设区"连片"扩展格局;生态关键点和高值点的识别,有利于研究区生态环境保育。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the ecological adverse impact caused by the expansion of construction land in the process of urbanization, based on the minimum cumulative resistance (MCR) model, this paper selects the existing construction land as the expansion source to construct topography and geology. Ecological vulnerability and accessibility of the four resistance factor systems. On the generated MCR surface, divided into construction land suitability zoning, and use the Hydrology expansion module to extract the appropriate path of construction land expansion. The ecological separation zone and ecological key points provide decision support for urban ecological construction planning and landscape pattern optimization. The main results include: using the method of this paper to analyze the comprehensive characteristics of land suitability evaluation. It is more comprehensive and more operable than the conventional method which only carries out the evaluation and analysis of the extended surface. The suitable expansion area of construction land, the more suitable expansion area, the restricted expansion area, the forbidden expansion area and the ecological restoration area are divided, and the corresponding management measures are put forward. In the suitable expansion area and the more suitable expansion area, the optimal development of the construction land can be guided by the expansion path, which can avoid the spread of "spreading the pie" blindly; The ecological separation zone breaks the existing construction area "continuous slice" expansion pattern; The identification of ecological key points and high-value points is beneficial to the conservation of ecological environment in the study area.
