诚大物业员工队伍建设研究

【摘要】:随着我国改革开发进程的不断深入和发展,我国已经进入知识经济时代。人力资源已经成为企业生存和发展的关键,人力资源管理的重要性越来越重要。作为企业重要的人力资本和价值的主要创造者,员工是企业持续发展和竞争的不竭动力和源泉。企业的重大经营管理决策依靠管理层人员;而最终落实建设、服务任务靠的是广大的一线员工,这才是关键之所在。笔者认为要以科学发展观为指导,坚持以人为本,从人的基本需求出发,为员工发挥才能提供平台,为实现个人价值创造条件;提升和发展员工的自我管理和自主管理能力;设计人性化的激励方法和手段,为员工提供各种自我实现的机会,加强员工队伍建设。这是现代企业管理的必然趋势,也是企业实现持续发展的必然选择。 沈阳诚大新生活物业服务有限公司(简称诚大物业)成立于2003年,隶属于沈阳诚大集团,是一家“专业化、规范化、现代化”的专业物业服务公司。本文以该公司为背景,根据现代人力资源管理理论和组织行为学理论,对诚大物业员工队伍建设现状及其原因进行了全方位的调查和研究,为诚大物业的员工队伍建设提出了具体的应对策略。 本文以诚大物业为研究背景,综合运用人力资源管理的相关理论知识进行分析。本文共包括以下内容:绪论部分:主要从四个方面撰写,即研究的背景,研究意义,研究结构及内容及研究方法;正文部分:主要从四个方面撰写:首先是相关概念及理论综述,其次是诚大物业员工队伍建设的现状、原因及分析,再次是诚大物业员工队伍建设的对策及保障措施,最后是案例研究的结论,不足及展望。
[Abstract]:With the deepening and development of China's reform and development process, China has entered the era of knowledge economy. Human resources have become the key to the survival and development of enterprises, and the importance of human resources management is becoming more and more important. As the main creators of human capital and value, employees are the inexhaustible motive force and source of sustainable development and competition. The important management decision of the enterprise depends on the management staff, and the service task depends on the large number of front-line staff, which is the key point in the final implementation of construction. The author believes that we should take the scientific development view as the guidance, adhere to the people-oriented approach, set out from the basic needs of human beings, provide a platform for employees to bring their talents into full play, create conditions for realizing personal value, promote and develop their self-management and self-management ability, Design humanized incentive methods and means to provide all kinds of self-actualization opportunities for employees and strengthen the construction of staff. This is the inevitable trend of modern enterprise management, but also the inevitable choice of sustainable development. Shenyang Chengda New Life property Service Co., Ltd. was established in 2003, belonging to Shenyang Chengda Group. It is a professional property service company with specialization, standardization and modernization. Based on the theory of modern human resource management and the theory of organizational behavior, this paper makes a comprehensive investigation and study on the present situation and causes of the construction of the staff in Chengda property. For the construction of the staff of Chengda property put forward specific countermeasures. This paper takes Chengda property as the research background, synthetically uses the human resources management related theory knowledge to carry on the analysis. This paper includes the following contents: introduction: mainly from four aspects, namely, the research background, research significance, research structure, content and research methods; The main body part: mainly from four aspects: first is the related concept and the theory summary, secondly is the Chengda property staff troop construction present situation, the reason and the analysis, again is the Chengda property staff troop construction countermeasure and the safeguard measure, Finally, the conclusion of the case study, shortcomings and prospects.
