浅析新三板市场发展现状

【摘要】：2014年新三板实现了跨越式发展,新三板企业在挂牌数量、交易量、融资能力、估值等方面都有大幅提升,但也存在着融资渠道单一,市场流动性不足,挂牌公司质量参差不齐,转板机制缺失等不足,最后从增加挂牌企业数量,大力丰富市场融资工具,推出竞价交易制度,实施市场分层管理制度,降低投资者门槛等方面提出新三板发展的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:In 2014, the new third board achieved leapfrog development. The new third board enterprises have greatly improved in terms of listing number, trading volume, financing capacity, valuation, etc. But there are also single financing channels, insufficient market liquidity, and uneven quality of listed companies. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of increasing the number of listed enterprises, enriching the market financing tools, introducing the bidding trading system, implementing the market stratification management system, lowering the threshold of investors and so on.
