国外对儿童保护的批判性研究及启示

【摘要】：本文主要介绍国外有关儿童保护的批判性研究及其对我国儿童保护、社会政策研究的启示。一是从社会建构主义视角探讨儿童保护;二是讨论儿童保护与社会分层的密切联系。从批判性研究的角度看,儿童保护是出现在一定政治、经济、社会条件下的,儿童保护的目的、策略、措施有其历史特殊性。我国的儿童保护实践一方面可借鉴国外理论和经验,另一方面需要从我国实际出发,在社会治理创新中不断健全有中国特色的儿童保护体系。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly introduces a critical study on child protection and child protection in our country, the study of social policy implications. One is to discuss the protection of children from social constructivist perspective; two is to discuss the close contact with the protection of children and the social stratification. From the critical point of view, the protection of children is seen in certain political, economic, social under the condition of child protection purposes, strategies, measures has its historical particularity. Child protection practice in China on the one hand, can learn from the foreign theory and experience, on the other hand, from the reality of our country in the social protection system has the characteristics of children Chinese continuously improve the governance innovation.
