希腊化时期的阿卡亚同盟研究

【摘要】：公元前281年，，为了共同抵御马其顿，阿卡亚同盟得以重建。随后，在阿卡亚同盟著名将军阿图斯(Aratus)的领导下，同盟不仅从马其顿手中解放了科林斯，还纳入了许多经济发达的城邦，同盟臻于全盛。与此同时，阿卡亚同盟也面临愈加复杂的国际环境。公元前146年，阿卡亚同盟在与罗马对抗的阿卡亚战争中战败，阿卡亚同盟解体。希腊化时期的阿卡亚同盟是古希腊历史上重要的城邦同盟之一。它存在的时间虽不长（从公元前281年到公元前146年），却在希腊化时期留下了浓墨重彩的一笔。研究阿卡亚同盟对我们了解希腊化时期同盟的政治、经济、法律、外交关系，梳理希腊化历史发展脉络有很重要的意义。在中外学者研究成果的基础上，笔者拟就该同盟的架构进行较系统的研究。阿卡亚同盟的架构主要包括同盟的组织机构和同盟与各盟邦的关系。本文主要从同盟会议、同盟官职、同盟军队三方面介绍阿卡亚同盟的组织机构；从政治、经济、法律关系三方面介绍阿卡亚同盟与各盟邦之间的关系。纵观阿卡亚同盟的架构，我们可以看出它的组织机构并不是一成不变的。随着同盟内、外环境的变化，它能够及时做出调整。希腊化时期的阿卡亚同盟能够迅速发展壮大，还离不开它灵活的外交政策。本文最后一章从三个部分介绍阿卡亚同盟的外交关系。第一方面介绍它与马其顿的外交关系；第二方面介绍它与罗马的外交关系；第三部分介绍它与埃托利亚同盟的外交关系。从这三方面的外交关系中可以看出阿卡亚同盟的外交政策是建立在本同盟根本利益的基础上，对外做出的适时调整。
[Abstract]:In 281 BC, the Arcaya Alliance was rebuilt as a common defense against Macedonia. Subsequently, it was led by Arcaya Alliance General Artus Aratus. The Alliance not only liberated Corinth from Macedonia, but also incorporated many economically developed city-states into full bloom. At the same time, the Arcaya Alliance faced an increasingly complex international environment. 146 BC. Arcaya lost the Arcaya war against Rome, and Arcaya broke up. The Arcaya Alliance of Hellenism was one of the most important confederations of city-states in ancient Greek history. It did not exist for a long time (from 281 BC to 146 BC). The study of the Arcaya Alliance tells us about the political, economic, legal, and diplomatic relations of the Hellenistic Union. It is of great significance to sort out the historical development of Hellenism. On the basis of the research results of Chinese and foreign scholars, the author intends to make a systematic study on the framework of the alliance. The structure of the Arcaya Alliance mainly includes the organization of the Alliance and the relationship between the Alliance and the allies. This paper introduces Arcaya's organization from three aspects: the conference of the Alliance, the official position of the League and the Army of the Alliance. From the political, economic and legal aspects of the relationship between the Arcaya Alliance and the allies. Looking at the Arcaya Alliance structure, we can see that its organization is not fixed. With the alliance. The change of external environment, it can make adjustment in time. The Arcaya Alliance during the Hellenization period was able to grow rapidly. The last chapter of this paper introduces the diplomatic relations of Arcaya Union from three parts. The second part introduces its diplomatic relations with Rome; The third part introduces its diplomatic relations with the Etoria League, from which we can see that the foreign policy of the Arcaya Alliance is based on the fundamental interests of the League.
