新发展理念视阈下少数民族发展权的应有结构

【摘要】：以"发展"为权利客体的发展权,包含政治、经济、文化和社会发展权的有机统一,以"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"为内涵的新发展理念对少数民族发展权不仅具有理论指导意蕴,更具有脉络结构催动力。在新发展理念指导下,势必应当以少数民族群众为发展中心,发挥创新作为少数民族发展权的源泉动力作用,协调少数民族发展权的内外部因素,保持绿色的发展方向,通过开放的道路而实现发展成果共享的根本目标。
[Abstract]:With the development of " development " as the right object , including the organic unity of the right of political , economic , cultural and social development , the new development concept of " innovation , coordination , green , openness and sharing " has not only theoretical guidance meaning , but also has the impetus of the structure of the context . Under the guidance of the new development concept , it is necessary to play innovation as the source of the development of ethnic minorities , to coordinate the internal and external factors of the development of ethnic minorities , to maintain the green development direction , and to realize the fundamental goal of the development achievement sharing through the open road .
