新闻聚合的著作权合理使用问题研究

【摘要】：著作权合理使用是新闻聚合服务者被诉侵权的重要抗辩理由之一。新闻聚合的合理使用,涉及新闻标题、新闻提要的可版权性,也涉及聚合服务商对第三方网站作品的深层链接是否是转换性使用的问题,还涉及对关于政治、经济等时事性文章的深层链接问题,文章依次对新闻聚合的这些合理使用问题做出探讨。
[Abstract]:The rational use of copyright is one of the important defense reasons for the infringement of news aggregators. The rational use of news aggregates involves the copyright of news headlines and news summaries. It also involves the question whether the deep link of the aggregating service provider to the third party website works is the conversion use, also involves the deep link question to the current affairs article about the politics, the economy and so on. This paper discusses the rational use of news aggregation in turn.
