【摘要】：2016年美国大选在世人面前彻底暴露了美国内在的政治、经济和社会矛盾及其民主制度的虚伪性,极大地动摇了美国这个超级大国在世界上的"领导"(即霸权)地位。当选总统特朗普提出的内外政策不仅对美国国内政治、经济和社会产生深远影响,也将冲击全球地缘政治格局、国际秩序和国际体系的变革以及中美关系的未来走向。这些主要体现在国际组织和国际制度将受到较大冲击;军备竞赛或重启,核不扩散机制将遭破坏;修正盟国政策将使盟国的离心倾向增加,美国与盟国的凝聚力进一步下降;美俄关系缓和,拉俄遏华意图明显;中东局势或出现新的动荡;特朗普的减税加息政策或影响全球经济复苏。中美关系将在台湾、南海、经贸和朝核等问题上面临严峻挑战,但两国发生严重对抗或重大冲突的可能性很小。
