【摘要】:当前,随着教育改革的不断深化,素质教育理念的广泛展开,学校音乐教育也逐步得到重视。就全国范围来讲,自2001年全国各省市地区实施《全日制义务教育音乐课程标准(实验稿)》以来,我国的学校基础音乐教育已经取得了显著成就。其主要表现有三:一是随着教育观念的不断更新、音乐教育体制的不断完善,音乐教师整体素质得到一定程度提高;二是由于音乐新课程标准的实施,音乐课开课率已得到稳步提升,学生课外音乐活动日益丰富多彩;三是音乐教学基础设施的投入明显增大,学生音乐学习的条件得到逐步改善。这些成果都为我国的基础音乐教育的可持续发展打下了坚实的基础。在取得诸多成绩的同时,我们也必须认识到,我国的基础音乐教育发展仍然存在着许多不适应时代发展的问题。如音乐教育呈现各区域发展不平衡的态势;音乐教育在乡、镇中小学中被不同程度的轻视甚至忽视现象依然存在:音乐教育师资配备不齐、教学设备和教学经费的投入不足、教学和科研成果落后,以及在新课程实施过程中存在的诸多疑问无法解决等等。这些问题,从客观上阻碍了我国基础音乐教育的整体发展。荆州是湖北省五大区域性中心城市之一,国务院公布的首批24座中国历史文化名城之一。建城历史2600多年,是楚文化的发祥地和三国文化之乡。荆州市委市政正集全市之力拟将该市打造成政治、经济、文化为一体的“长江经济带钢腰”。本论题正是基于国家基础教育改革、国家中部崛起发展战略和湖北省壮腰工程三重背景,立足荆州市教育文化的发展,以该市荆州区中小学音乐教育为对象所进行的调查研究。论题采用抽样调查的方法,在荆州市荆州区城区、城郊及周边乡镇的28所中小学校抽样9所进行实地调查。为使调查结果尽可能的准确、客观,笔者一方面在选择调查样本时尽可能的考虑抽样学校的招生覆盖面,考虑调查具体对象(教师、学生、家长、管理人员)的典型性和代表性:另一方面在调查设计、调查过程和调查结果统计诸环节中,分别采用文献研究法、访谈法、问卷调查与抽样法、统计与分析法、比较研究法等方法,坚持规范程序,科学调查。调查报告共分为五个部分。第一部分绪论,对本文的选题背景、资料来源、研究现状、调查方法和调查意义进行阐述;第二部分主要是介绍对荆州区中小学音乐教育现状调查的设计,主要对调查的方法论基础、拟调查的基本内容、调查的步骤安排、调查的注意事项等进行详细说明;第三部分主要是公布调查结果,主要从学校、音乐教师、学生、家长四个方面,对学校音乐教学设施现状、音乐教师的层次结构与专业素质、实施新课程标准后领导和教师的教学理念、课堂教学情况、音乐课外活动的开展情况,学生对待音乐学科的态度以及家长对待学生学习音乐的态度等方面的调查结果进行客观记录,并对荆州市荆州区中小学音乐教育存在的问题进行分析。第四部分主要是根据调查结果中出现的问题,从音乐教师队伍、创新音乐教学设备、丰富音乐文化生活等方面提出有益的建议。最后对全文做出总结。音乐教育是对学生进行审美教育主要途径,从国家层面来看,第四次基础教育改革将音乐教育提高到前所未有的重要地位。但由于经济发展的不平衡,全国音乐教育存在着沿海与内地、城市与乡村等多个层面的不平衡。仅希望通过本次调查,客观真实地了解湖北省荆州市荆州区中小学音乐教育的现状,并通过对该地区音乐教育现状的调查研究与深入分析,探寻出一些适合该区教育实际的方法和举措,并能为当地乃至各级教育行政部门的决策提供依据,从而为推动该区域甚或全国中小学音乐教育事业的发展略尽绵薄之力。
[Abstract]:At present, with the deepening of education reform, quality education has been widely developed, the school music education also gradually get attention across the country, the implementation of music course standard of full-time compulsory education since 2001, all provinces and regions (experimental edition) > since the foundation of our school music education has made remarkable achievements. Three main manifestations: one is with the educational concept of continuously updated, the music education system continues to improve, the overall quality of music teachers was increased to a certain extent; two is due to the implementation of the new music curriculum standard, music class rate has been steadily improved, students are increasingly rich and colorful extracurricular music activities; three is the music teaching infrastructure investment increased significantly, music learning conditions have been improved. These results are for the sustainable development of basic music education in our country and lay a solid Based on made a lot of achievements. At the same time, we must also recognize that the development of Chinese basic music education still exist many problems. Such as adapt to the development of music education is the imbalance of regional development trend; music education in rural primary school in the town, is not the same degree of contempt and even ignore the phenomenon still exist: teachers of music education with arrhythmia, teaching equipment and teaching lack of funding, teaching and scientific research is backward, many questions exist and the implementation of the new curriculum in the process and so on. To solve these problems, from objectively hindered the development of basic music education in our country. Jingzhou is one of the central city the five regions of Hubei Province, the State Council announced the 24 Chinese historical and cultural city.
