【摘要】：中国一直在积极推动建立符合自身利益的国际经济新秩序。中国所倡导的全球化是一种平行的全球化,伴随着对西方主导的经济秩序的大幅削弱。与此同时,一种违背美国愿望的地缘政治秩序,也开始显现出来。中俄两国是推动这种秩序的发动机。西方世界对中俄两国的意志和诉求所采取的傲慢态度是导致中俄在地缘政治上联手的根本原因。鉴于中国对大多数发展中国家具有很大影响力,这种政治-经济双重秩序的形成,显然会对发展中国家产生强大的作用力。在此背景下,历史上被视为"美国后花园"的拉美和加勒比国家,可能采取什么态度就显得尤为重要。

In this context, the Latin American and Caribbean countries, which have historically been regarded as the "back garden" of the United States, What attitude you might take is particularly important.
