石家庄高校体育俱乐部现状及对策研究

【摘要】：2002年教育部颁布了《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》这一指导性文件，其中指出高校的体育在依据体育课程自身规律的同时，还应贯彻学校教育的总体要求，对全体学生开设不同形式与类型的体育课程，从而满足不同水平、兴趣、层次学生的需求。高校体育俱乐部作为为学校体育的延伸与补充，既满足了学生参与体育运动的需求，又利于学生交往能力和心理素质方面的改善和提高。从而使学生的综合素质得到全面提升。同时，体育俱乐部将学生的体育活动延伸到课外，为学生形成终身体育锻炼的习惯打下坚实的基础，对学生体育意识的培养有着积极作用。石家庄市作为河北省省会，不仅是河北省的政治、经济中心，，也是河北省的教育中心，在本研究中，采用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法与逻辑分析法对石家庄高校的体育俱乐部现状进行调查。结果表明：石家庄高校体育俱乐部主要是由学生自发组织而成，在人数规模上以50—150人的中等规模为主；在项目类型上呈现多样性；在俱乐部人员性别构成上男女比例不协调，女生所占比例较低；俱乐部人员随着年级增高流失情况严重；俱乐部的活动内容比较丰富，但主要集中在内部活动，外部活动偏少；各俱乐部活动频率较稳定，活动时间适宜，但在活动频率上不同项目间存在差异；石家庄高校俱乐部普遍存在场地、器材不足，过多依赖学校；俱乐部经费来源途径比较单一，过多依赖于会费。俱乐部外部管理上缺乏与学校的联系，内部管理缺乏民主性。俱乐部成员的参与动机大部分比较积极，但存在部分成员动机消极，过于功利。俱乐部成员项目选择上呈现男女差异。针对石家庄高校体育俱乐部的现状，各高校一方面要对各俱乐部进行必要的扶持，包括场地器材的提供，资金的支持和俱乐部的规范化管理；另一方面各俱乐部也要对内部活动的组织安排、人事任免等方面进行优化，使俱乐部这一组织形式为丰富学生课余生活、掌握体育知识技能、形成终身体育习惯起到积极的作用。
[Abstract]:In 2002, the Ministry of Education promulgated the "outline of physical Education Curriculum instruction in National Colleges and Universities", which pointed out that the physical education in colleges and universities should carry out the overall requirements of school education while according to the laws of physical education curriculum itself. In order to meet the needs of students at different levels, interests and levels, the sports club in colleges and universities, as an extension and supplement for school sports, meets the needs of students participating in sports. At the same time, the sports club extends the students' sports activities to extracurricular activities, which is conducive to the improvement and improvement of students' communication ability and psychological quality. It lays a solid foundation for students to form the habit of lifelong physical exercise and plays an active role in cultivating students' sports consciousness. As the provincial capital of Hebei Province, Shijiazhuang City is not only the political and economic center of Hebei Province, but also the education center of Hebei Province. The present situation of sports clubs in Shijiazhuang colleges and universities is investigated by mathematical statistics and logic analysis. The results show that the sports clubs in Shijiazhuang universities are mainly organized by students spontaneously, and the number of students is mainly in the middle scale of 50-150 people. There is diversity in project types; the gender composition of club personnel is not in harmony, and the proportion of girls is low; the loss of club staff is serious with the increase of grade; the content of club activities is relatively rich. But mainly concentrated in the internal activities, the external activities are less; each club activity frequency is relatively stable, the activity time is suitable, but in the activity frequency different items exist the difference; Shijiazhuang university club generally exists the venue, the equipment is insufficient, Too much dependence on schools, more single sources of club funding, too much dependence on membership fees, lack of contact with schools in the external management of clubs, lack of democracy in internal management, and most of the participation motivation of club members are more positive. However, there are some members with negative motivation and too utilitarian. There are differences between men and women in the selection of club members. In view of the present situation of Shijiazhuang university sports club, on the one hand, colleges and universities should give necessary support to each club. Including the provision of site and equipment, the support of funds and the standardized management of the club. On the other hand, the clubs should also optimize the organization of internal activities, the appointment and removal of personnel, and so on. The organization form of club plays a positive role in enriching students' after-school life, mastering sports knowledge and skills, and forming lifelong sports habits.
