《文莱—广西经济走廊建设方案》翻译项目报告

【摘要】：随着中国-东盟自由贸易区的升级,文莱作为东盟国家之一和广西的经济合作日益频繁深入。《文莱-广西经济走廊建设方案》是广西商务厅的一份关于区域性经济合作的科研性调研报告,共11964字,详细分析了广西与文莱的合作现况、双方深化经贸合作的条件及潜力前景,并提出了合作总体思路、基本原则、空间布局和具体工作措施,附件为文莱国家经济概况。因此,对其进行翻译与研究,具有十分重要的现实意义。本翻译项目报告介绍并总结了项目实施过程,包括项目描述、译前工作、翻译过程、案例分析以及翻译经验总结。根据纽马克文的文本类型理论,确定原文主要为政治经济类信息型文本,以交际交流为主要翻译目的,进一步确定交际翻译为主要方法。在此基础上,译者主要从词汇和句式两个层面选取一些具有中国特色的表达进行分析：1)词汇上,如项目、文件等名称和带有数字的缩略词等,采用介词、消除冗余名词和直译加阐释等翻译技巧；2)句式上,如具体分析中文流水句和逗号粘连等案例,采用重组句子结构和增补语义等方法,尽量使译文符合英文表达习惯,从而避免译文出现中式英语。译文的目标读者主要为文莱受众,英文并不是目标读者的母语,而翻译主要目的是交际交流,因此在翻译的过程中主要依据纽马克文的文本类型理论以及采用交际翻译方法,旨在忠实于原文的基础上提高译文可读性,达到良好交际效果。译者期望,本报告能为相关研究提供一些思路与启发。
[Abstract]:With the upgrading of the China-ASEAN Free Trade area, Brunei is one of the ASEAN countries and the economic cooperation between Guangxi and Brunei is becoming more and more frequent. The "Brunei-Guangxi Economic Corridor Construction Program" is a scientific research report on regional economic cooperation by the Guangxi Commerce Department, with a total of 11964 words. This paper analyzes in detail the current situation of cooperation between Guangxi and Brunei, the conditions and prospects for deepening economic and trade cooperation between the two sides, and puts forward the general ideas, basic principles, spatial distribution and specific working measures for cooperation. It is of great practical significance to carry out translation and research on it. This translation project report introduces and summarizes the implementation process of the project, including project description, pre-translation work, translation process, etc. Case analysis and translation experience summary. According to Newmark's text typology theory, it is determined that the original text is mainly a political and economic informative text, with communicative communication as the main purpose of translation. On the basis of this, the translator selects some expressions with Chinese characteristics from the lexical and syntactic levels to analyze the words, such as items, documents, and abbreviations with numbers, etc. Using prepositions, eliminating redundant nouns, literal translation and interpretation, etc.) sentence patterns, such as concrete analysis of cases such as Chinese income sentence and comma adhesion, reorganization of sentence structure and supplemental semantics, etc., in order to make the translated text conform to the English expression habit as far as possible. In order to avoid the appearance of Chinglish, the target audience of the target text is Brunei, and English is not the mother tongue of the target reader, but the main purpose of translation is to communicate with each other. Therefore, in the process of translation, it is mainly based on Newmark's text typology theory and communicative translation method, in order to improve the readability of the target text on the basis of faithfulness to the original text and to achieve a good communicative effect. This report can provide some ideas and inspiration for relevant research.
