二战后美国智库学研究方法的历史演变

【摘要】：智库作为一种传统而新型的国家权力和社会现象日益发挥着重要作用。在全球智库中,美国智库不仅起源最早、数量最多,而且对政策的影响力也是最大的,代表着当今世界智库的最高水平。这与其所处的特殊政治、经济、文化环境以及自身成熟的商业化运行机制有着必然联系。经过几十年发展,美国学界逐渐形成了一套以历史研究方法、实证研究方法、比较研究方法和多学科研究方法为基础的研究方法。美国智库研究理论体系的形成,一方面取决于其所处的时代背景和依赖的特定环境;另一方面取决于像詹姆斯·麦甘、戴安娜·斯通、安德鲁·里奇、唐纳德·阿布尔森、大卫·里奇等智库研究专家和学者的推动,通过梳理美国智库的发展历程及其相关研究的兴起,进一步探究美国不同时期形成的智库研究方法。从理论方法和历史渊源等多纬度,即“智库学”视角来研究美国学界智库研究的演变历程,以理论视野透视中国学界的智库研究,探索中国学界智库研究的新方法,将对中国智库发展和理论构建带来启示和直接借鉴经验。诚然,中国学界的智库研究不可能,也没有必要照搬美国学界的智库研究方法;但是,可以从中得到启示,寻找一条适应中国学界智库研究和理论构建的方法。
[Abstract]:As a traditional and new type of state power and social phenomenon, think tanks play an increasingly important role. Among the global think tanks, American think tanks not only have the earliest origin and the largest number, but also have the greatest influence on policy. Represents the highest level of think tanks in the world today. This has a certain connection with its special political, economic, cultural environment and its own mature commercial operating mechanism. American academic circles have gradually formed a set of research methods based on historical research methods, empirical research methods, comparative research methods and multidisciplinary research methods. It depends, on the one hand, on the background of its time and on the particular environment it depends on; on the other hand, on the one hand, on James McGump, on Diana Stone, on Andrew Richie, on Donald Aoulsen, on the other. Driven by research experts and scholars from think tanks such as David Ritchie, by combing the development of American think tanks and the rise of related research, To further explore the research methods of think tanks formed in different periods in the United States. From the perspectives of theory, method and historical origin, I study the evolution of the research of think tanks in American academic circles from the perspective of "think-tank science". From the perspective of theoretical perspective, the study of think tanks in Chinese academic circles and the exploration of new methods of research on think tanks in Chinese academic circles will bring inspiration and direct reference to the development and theoretical construction of Chinese think tanks. Indeed, it is impossible for the research of think tanks in Chinese academic circles. There is no need to copy the methods of think-tank research in American academic circles, but we can find a way to adapt to the research and theoretical construction of think tanks in Chinese academic circles.
