马克思消费理论视阈下老年群体网络消费研究

【摘要】:人口老龄化是世界性的问题,对人类社会产生了深远持久的影响。随着人口老龄化步伐的加快,我国也已经成为世界上老龄化程度较高的国家之一,预计到2055年,我国老龄化将达到峰值,老年人口会达到4亿人(数据来源:《中国老龄产业发展报告(2016)》)。同时我国严重的人口老龄化带来的诸多社会问题,也成为全社会不得不关注的话题。而在当今随着"互联网+"时代的来临,互联网的飞速发展和普及,使它已经成为人们不可或缺的日常工具,不断潜移默化地改变着人们的生活方式和消费方式。虽然近年来,网络消费市场的主体大多向年轻群体倾斜,但随着老龄化严重趋势的到来,未来的几年,老年群体中有钱、有闲者的比例会提高,具有人机融合能力和接受网络消费的老年群体数量也会大幅度提高,其在网络消费市场中的地位和份额将会不断提升,网络消费市场的结构也将发生较大地改变。因此为了积极应对人口老龄化的挑战,构建和谐积极的银发社会,这就需要发挥互联网在推动积极老龄化社会建设过程中的作用。让老年人搭上"互联网+"的快车,深度发掘老年消费群体拉动内需的巨大潜力。马克思的消费理论作为马克思经济思想的重要组成部分,通过对传统政治经济学者的批判,多角度、多方面地阐述了消费的一般理论及内涵,运用唯物辩证法高度概括了消费与生产、分配、交换的辩证关系、消费的本质及最终目的,形成了一套系统鲜明的消费理论。因此本文以马克思的消费理论作为开发我国老年网络消费市场的重要理论依据,通过调查研究深入剖析我国老年群体网络消费的基本情况,发现老年群体在网络消费过程中存在互联网技能不足、老龄网络市场发展滞后、电子商务服务质量和企业营销策略等方面存在问题,并在分析原因的基础上发掘促进老年群体网络消费的对策。通过老年群体自身、政府、网络平台、企业以及社区的参与及努力,拓宽我国老年人的网络消费市场,既实现消费拉动经济增长的巨大作用、调整产业结构实现国民经济转型的目标,又能够改善老年人的消费结构、提高老年群体的生活水平,从而为老年群体营造更加舒适、便捷、丰富的晚年生活。
[Abstract]:Population aging is a worldwide problem, which has a profound and lasting impact on human society. With the accelerated pace of population aging, China has also become one of the countries with a high degree of aging in the world. It is expected that by 2055, China's aging population will reach a peak, and the elderly population will reach 400 million people (data source: China Aging Industry Development report 2016). At the same time, there are many social problems brought about by the serious aging of the population in China. And with the advent of the "Internet" era, the rapid development and popularization of the Internet has become an indispensable daily tool for people. Although in recent years, the main body of the online consumer market has tilted to the young group, but with the arrival of the serious trend of aging, the elderly group will have money in the next few years. The proportion of idle people will increase, and the number of elderly people who have the ability of human-computer integration and accepting Internet consumption will also be greatly increased, and their status and share in the online consumer market will continue to increase. The structure of the online consumer market will also be greatly changed. Therefore, in order to actively respond to the challenge of the aging population and build a harmonious and active society with silver hair, This requires giving full play to the role of the Internet in promoting the construction of an active aging society. As an important part of Marx's economic thought, Marx's consumption theory, by criticizing traditional political and economic scholars, This paper expounds the general theory and connotation of consumption in many aspects, and generalizes the dialectical relationship between consumption and production, distribution and exchange, the essence and ultimate purpose of consumption by means of materialist dialectics. Therefore, this paper takes Marx's consumption theory as the important theoretical basis for the development of our country's network consumption market for the elderly, and deeply analyzes the basic situation of the network consumption of the elderly population in our country through investigation and research. It is found that the elderly have some problems in the process of internet consumption, such as insufficient Internet skills, lagging behind in the development of the aged network market, the quality of e-commerce service and the marketing strategy of enterprises, etc. On the basis of the analysis of the reasons, this paper explores the countermeasures to promote the network consumption of the elderly groups. Through the participation and efforts of the elderly groups themselves, the government, the network platform, enterprises and the community, we can broaden the network consumption market of the elderly in our country. It can not only realize the enormous role of consumption to stimulate economic growth, adjust the industrial structure to realize the goal of national economic transformation, but also improve the consumption structure of the elderly and improve the living standards of the elderly, thus creating a more comfortable environment for the elderly. Convenient, rich life in old age.
