国有外贸企业如何实现可持续发展——以外贸老字号企业“懋

【摘要】：近年来,受国内外政治经济因素的影响,使得外贸企业生产经营压力和风险明显上升,外贸环境持续恶化。再加上国有企业固有的弊端,体制、机制及奖惩激励措施等存在的问题,业务骨干人员流失严重,更是制约了国有外贸企业发展的后劲。国有外贸企业能否走出困境,实现可持续发展,已经成为政府决策层及企业界共同关心和探讨的课题。文章在对目前国有外贸企业所处背景作全面分析的基础上,选取北京市一家外贸老字号企业——懋隆作为案例研究的对象,从中总结出该企业在探索可持续发展的过程中成功或者失败的经验,为其他传统国有外贸企业实现可持续发展,提供一定的借鉴和参考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, under the influence of political and economic factors at home and abroad, the pressure and risks of production and operation of foreign trade enterprises have obviously increased, and the foreign trade environment has continued to deteriorate. The problems existing in the mechanism, rewards and punishment incentives, and the serious loss of key business personnel restrict the development of state-owned foreign trade enterprises. Can state-owned foreign trade enterprises get out of the predicament and achieve sustainable development? On the basis of the comprehensive analysis of the background of the state-owned foreign trade enterprises, this paper selects Maolong, an old foreign trade enterprise in Beijing, as the object of case study. The experience of success or failure of this enterprise in the process of exploring sustainable development is summed up, which provides some reference and reference for other traditional state-owned foreign trade enterprises to realize sustainable development.
