陕西关中地区中小城市中心城区空间扩展边界动态变化研究

【摘要】：面临城市化速度的持续提升,快速城市化给城市发展带来了诸如人口规模扩张,城市扩展速度增快,建设用地增量难以得到控制,住房,公共服务设施等供给失衡等诸多问题,这些问题引发了城市空间的不断扩展,同时由于扩展带来的城市边界特征的变化和城市内部空间结构的变化要求我们对承载政治、经济、文化的核心发展的中心城区的空间扩展展开研究。中国新型城镇化规划中明确了中小城市在新型城镇化进程中对调节城镇结构和规模的重要性,这将会引起中小城市发展和自然保护之间的矛盾愈加突出。陕西关中地区中小城市由于地处渭河平原有着不同于其他地域的发展特征在新型城镇化的推动下健康引导和约束城市空间扩展,对改善宜居环境,提升城市品位,改善城市活力都有着极其重要的意义。本文以陕西关中地区中小城市中心城区为研究对象,针对关中地区渭南市,铜川市,华阴市,韩城市和兴平市这五个中小城市的空间扩展边界的实地调研资料提供的数据资料和文字资料,总结出近年来五个中心城区的边界扩展特征以及边界的发展活力情况,并采用相关性分析和回归分析以及定性分析的方法对引发空间扩展的背景性驱动因素做了分层分类总结,并再此基础上对城市空间增长的驱动因素深入挖掘,提炼对边界变化造成实际影响的直接性驱动因素。最后立足现实,着眼未来,对中心城区空间扩展边界的健康扩展提出了有针对性的调控方法和引导措施,以期能对关中地区中小城市的空间扩展及其扩展边界在不断变动的过程中朝着正确的目标发展提供帮助。最后,对本论文的结论进行了总汇,对论文的不足以及需要进一步深入研究的方向和内容进行思考。
[Abstract]:In the face of the continuous improvement of urbanization, rapid urbanization has brought many problems to urban development, such as population expansion, rapid urban expansion, difficult to control the increment of construction land, imbalance of supply of housing, public service facilities, and so on.These problems lead to the continuous expansion of urban space. At the same time, due to the changes in the characteristics of urban boundaries and the changes in urban internal spatial structure, we are required to carry political, economic,The core of the cultural development of the urban center of the spatial expansion of the study.The importance of small and medium-sized cities in adjusting the structure and scale of towns in the process of new urbanization is clearly defined in the new urbanization planning of China, which will lead to the contradiction between the development of small and medium-sized cities and the protection of nature.The small and medium-sized cities in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province have different development characteristics from other regions due to their location in the Weihe Plain. Under the promotion of new urbanization, the urban space expansion is healthily guided and restrained, which can improve the livable environment and enhance the urban grade.Improving the vitality of the city is of great significance.This paper takes the central city of Guanzhong area as the research object, aiming at Weinan City, Tongchuan City, Huayin City in Guanzhong region.The field investigation and research data on the spatial expansion boundary of the five small and medium-sized cities in Hancheng and Xingping City provide data and written data, and sum up the characteristics of the boundary expansion and the dynamic development of the boundary in the five central urban areas in recent years.By using the methods of correlation analysis, regression analysis and qualitative analysis, the paper makes a stratified classification and summary of the background driving factors that lead to spatial expansion, and then excavates the driving factors of urban spatial growth deeply.Refine the direct drivers of the actual effects of the boundary changes.Finally, based on the reality and looking at the future, the paper puts forward some pertinent regulation and control methods and guiding measures for the healthy expansion of the spatial expansion boundary in the central urban area.The aim is to provide help for the spatial expansion of the small and medium-sized cities in Guanzhong area and its expanding boundary in the course of constant change towards the correct goal.Finally, the conclusion of this paper is summarized, the deficiency of the paper and the direction and content of further research are considered.
