延吉市朝鲜族小学汉语教师专业发展现状调查与培养建议

【摘要】:在汉语教学中,小学教育一直被认为是基础教育的关键阶段。所以朝鲜族汉语教师专业发展在朝鲜族小学汉语教学中就显得尤为的重要,在该领域的相关专家对于小学汉语教学的研究一直比较多,试图找到一个能够有效改变小学语文教师专业发展的途径与办法。然而,在对于少数民族地区,特别是延边地区朝鲜族小学语文教师的研究十分缺少,具有很高的研究价值。朝鲜族小学汉语教师专业发展对于朝鲜族小学教学有着重要的影响,是朝鲜族汉语教学不可或缺的组成部分,对朝鲜族学生更好的了解汉语、掌握汉语、培养汉语思维能力等具有重要意义和深远影响。由于朝鲜族小学生汉语水平受汉语教师影响较大,所以,朝鲜族小学汉语教师在整个汉语中就扮演着十分重要的角色,虽然朝鲜族汉语教学在全国处于领先地位,朝鲜族汉语教学状况比较好,但是,朝鲜族汉语教师在教师专业发展中还存在美中不足的问题。延吉市是延边朝鲜族自治州州府,地处长白山脚下,虎啸长白而临两江,是整个延边州的中心之城。据近年的数据统计,朝鲜族人口占整个延吉市人口的一半以上,由此可见,让朝鲜族更好的掌握汉语对于整个地区的政治、经济、文化发展都十分重要。目前延吉市共有7所朝鲜族小学,共有汉语教师共109人。如何更好地让朝鲜族同胞更好的掌握是教学研究的重要课题。通过问卷发放与回收、对朝鲜族小学汉语教师的访谈和教育学统计等方法,发现延吉市朝鲜族小学汉语教师专业发展取得了一定的成绩,但也存在着汉语教师科研能力不均衡、科研意识不足、教师专业发展缺乏校际互动、教师工作量繁重等问题,影响了延吉市朝鲜族小学汉语教师专业发展情况。因此对这些问题的现状描述和分析是本论文写作的重点。针对反映出的问题,拟从提高教师科研能力,继续大力提升教师科研意识,增强校际交流互动,合理安排教学任务四个方面,加大对于朝鲜族小学汉语教师专业发展的研究,增加对于朝鲜族小学汉语教师专业发展的实践应用性,建立更加完善的教师专业发展模式。通过以上建议的实施,以期待对延吉市朝鲜族小学汉语教师专业发展提供一定的借鉴和参考。
[Abstract]:In Chinese teaching, primary education is always regarded as the key stage of basic education.Therefore, the professional development of Korean Chinese teachers is particularly important in Korean primary Chinese teaching. There have been many researches on Chinese teaching in primary schools by relevant experts in this field.Try to find an effective way to change the professional development of primary school Chinese teachers.However, the research on Chinese teachers of Korean primary schools in minority areas, especially Yanbian area, is very short and has high research value.The professional development of Chinese teachers in Korean primary schools has an important impact on the teaching of Korean primary schools, and is an indispensable part of Korean Chinese teaching.It is of great significance and profound influence to cultivate Chinese thinking ability.As the Chinese level of Korean primary school students is greatly influenced by Chinese teachers, Chinese teachers in Korean primary schools play a very important role in the whole Chinese language, although Korean Chinese teaching is in a leading position in the whole country.The situation of Korean Chinese teaching is good, but Korean Chinese teachers still have some problems in teachers' professional development.Yanji is the capital of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, located at the foot of Changbai Mountain.According to the statistics in recent years, the Korean population accounts for more than half of the whole Yanji population, so it is very important for the Korean nationality to master Chinese better for the political, economic and cultural development of the whole region.At present, Yanji has 7 Korean primary schools with 109 Chinese teachers.How to make Korean compatriots better master is an important subject of teaching and research.By means of questionnaire distribution and recovery, interviews with Chinese teachers in Korean primary schools and pedagogy statistics, it is found that the professional development of Chinese teachers in Korean primary schools in Yanji has made some achievements, but there is also an imbalance in the scientific research ability of Chinese teachers.The lack of scientific research consciousness, the lack of inter-school interaction of teachers' professional development and the heavy workload of teachers have affected the professional development of Chinese teachers in Korean elementary schools in Yanji city.Therefore, the description and analysis of these problems is the focus of this thesis.Aiming at the problems reflected, the author intends to increase the professional development of Chinese teachers in Korean primary schools from four aspects: improving teachers' scientific research ability, continuing to promote teachers' scientific research consciousness, strengthening inter-school communication and interaction, arranging teaching tasks rationally, and increasing the research on Chinese teachers' professional development in Korean primary schools.To increase the practical application of Chinese teachers' professional development in Korean primary schools, and to establish a more perfect teacher professional development model.Through the implementation of the above suggestions in order to look forward to Yanji Korean primary school Chinese teachers professional development to provide certain reference and reference.
