[Abstract]:The soup has a history of more than ten thousand years. The wealth and luxury of those who eat "meat soup" and the vulgarity and roughness of those who eat "meat soup" symbolize the rigour of the social hierarchy, and the heavy and complicated eating rituals of the public and the nobility convey the strictness of the political hierarchy. The equalization of sacrificial food shows that neither life nor death can escape the social and political barriers. "he Soup", which is based on the functions of Wei he, Man and Man and God and harmony, appears repeatedly in the monarch government. Through the analysis of spoonful objects, raw materials and principles, it reveals the principles of governing the country, such as the relationship between monarch and subject, the selection of talents, the art of remonstrating and the principle of government. In order to seek political harmony, the people and peace with the country. It represents the physiological, psychological and aesthetic interests of the gourmet and the political, economic and cultural privileges of the eaters, thus serving as a means of reconciling political contradictions, exploiting the tactics of political fame and fortune and arousing political disputes. The political hierarchy, political harmony and political interest make the ambiguous relationship between food and politics clear, which may be the result of the interpretation and interpretation of food and politics in ancient China.
