山东省初中生体质健康影响因素研究

【摘要】:青少年的健康是一个民族健康素质的基础,是每个学生健康成长的基本条件,关系到千家万户的幸福,关系到民族的未来和国家的竞争力。改革开放以来中国政治、经济发展取得了举世瞩目的成就,人民生活水平不断提高。2008年北京奥运会后我国也随之由体育大国向体育强国行列迈进,我们在为取得伟大体育成绩感到自豪的同时,我国青少年学生体质却在逐年下降。 本文采用文献资料法、数理统计法、专家访谈法和比较法,在对2005-2010年山东省初中学生体质状况相关指标进行统计比较的基础上,分析2005-2010年学生体质状况的变化特点和趋势。同时分析差异产生的原因,提出合理化建议,切实为学生健康服务。 笔者在对相关资料研究中发现,众多学者对学生的不良生活习惯,其中包括饮食习惯、睡眠情况和体育锻炼等方面研究较为丰富,本文旨在从社会、学校、家庭和个人四个纬度更深层次剖析影响山东省初中学生体质健康各因素,充分挖掘体育锻炼各因子对体质健康影响作用大小及其之间的联系。 主要研究结果归纳如下: 1.在社会、学校、家庭和个人四个纬度影响因素中,与山东省初中学生体质健康影响作用最密切的是家庭影响因素。 2.山东省初中学生体育锻炼受社会宽容度指标的影响大小依次为:教育政策法规、社会关注度、明星效应;学校纬度各指标的影响大小依次为:体育师资力量、体育活动的丰富程度、学校体育硬件设施;家庭纬度各指标的影响大小依次为:家长对运动的态度、有关运动的消费支出、家庭成员参加体育锻炼的积极性;个人纬度各指标的影响大小依次为:身体形态、生活习惯、兴趣爱好。 主要建议: 1.全社会要对青少年学生体质健康状况认识提高层次,充分发挥社会舆论的积极导向作用,为山东省初中学生积极参加体育锻炼创造良好的社会环境氛围。 2.充分发挥学校对青少年参与体育锻炼的影响作用,加大经费投入、场地建设和相关人员的培训力度。 3.转变家庭对传统体育锻炼的观念,提高对全民健身活动认识,引导家庭建立积极的参与态度,,为青少年参加体育锻炼提供必要的财力支持和人力引导。 4.青少年学生要提高自我认识,改掉不良生活习惯,要学会克服自身条件对参与体育锻炼带来的阻力,从内行认识到身体健康对学习和未来工作、生活的重要性,提高自身参与体育锻炼的积极性。
[Abstract]:The health of young people is the foundation of a nation's healthy quality, the basic condition of each student's healthy growth, the happiness of thousands of families, the future of the nation and the competitiveness of the country. Since the reform and opening up, China has made remarkable achievements in political and economic development, and the living standards of the people have been continuously improved. After the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, China has also moved from a sports power to a sports power. While we are proud of our great sports achievements, our adolescent students' physique is declining year by year. This paper adopts the methods of literature, mathematical statistics, expert interview and comparison, on the basis of statistical comparison of the related indexes of the physical condition of junior middle school students in Shandong Province from 2005 to 2010, analyzes the changing characteristics and trends of the students' physique from 2005 to 2010. At the same time, the causes of differences are analyzed, and reasonable suggestions are put forward to serve the health of students. The author finds that many scholars have abundant research on students' unhealthy living habits, including eating habits, sleep conditions and physical exercise. The four latitudes of family and individual deeply analyze the factors that affect the physical health of junior middle school students in Shandong province, and fully excavate the effect of physical exercise on physical health and the relationship between them. The main findings are summarized as follows: 1. Among the four influencing factors of society, school, family and individual, the most closely related factors to the physical health of junior middle school students in Shandong Province are family factors. 2. The influence of social tolerance index on physical exercise of junior middle school students in Shandong Province is as follows: educational policies and regulations, social concern, star effect, and the influence of school latitude indicators as follows: physical education teachers, The degree of abundance of sports activities, the hardware facilities of school physical education, the influence of family latitude indexes are as follows: the attitude of parents to sports, the expense of sports, the enthusiasm of family members to take part in physical exercise; Personal latitude of the impact of indicators in turn: body shape, habits of life, hobbies. Main recommendations: 1. The whole society should raise the level of understanding of the students' physical health, give full play to the positive guiding role of the public opinion, and create a good social environment for the junior middle school students in Shandong Province to take part in physical exercise. 2. We should give full play to the influence of schools on teenagers' participation in physical training, increase the investment of funds, the construction of venues and the training of related personnel. 3. To change the family's concept of traditional physical exercise, to improve the understanding of the national fitness activities, to guide families to establish an active attitude of participation, to provide necessary financial support and manpower guidance for teenagers to participate in physical exercise. 4. Young students should improve their self-awareness, break down their bad living habits, learn to overcome the resistance brought by their own conditions to participate in physical exercise, and realize from their experts the importance of physical health to their study, future work, and life. Improve their enthusiasm to participate in physical exercise.
