当前中拉合作的成效与深化合作的战略意义

【摘要】：本文梳理了21世纪10多年来中拉合作在领导人高层互访、经济贸易合作、文化交流、多边国际机制的参与及合作等方面的四大成效,分析了取得上述成效的两个主要原因:一是中国和拉美国家的发展诉求和双方的务实合作,二是全球体系结构的动态发展进程。作者认为这两个原因也是中拉合作取得成效和未来深化合作的内部动力和外部条件。在此基础上,本文进一步探讨了深化中拉经济合作的未来发展空间,指出深化中拉经济合作不仅能为中拉合作关系奠定坚实的经济基础,而且对中国和拉美国家摆脱美国的制约,推动世界政治经济体系的多元化和摆脱中拉在世界经济体系中的外围地位都具有战略意义。
[Abstract]:This paper reviews the four major achievements of Sino-Latin American cooperation in the past 10 years of the 21st century in the areas of high-level visits by leaders, economic and trade cooperation, cultural exchanges, participation and cooperation in multilateral international mechanisms, etc. This paper analyzes the two main reasons for the above achievements: first, the development demands and practical cooperation between China and Latin American countries; and second, the dynamic development process of the global system structure. The author believes that these two reasons are also the internal motive force and external conditions for the success of Sino-Latin American cooperation and further cooperation in the future. On this basis, this paper further discusses the future development space of deepening the Sino-Latin American economic cooperation, and points out that deepening the Sino-Latin American economic cooperation can not only lay a solid economic foundation for the Sino-Latin American cooperative relations. Moreover, it is of strategic significance for China and Latin American countries to get rid of the restriction of the United States, to promote the diversification of the world political and economic system and to get rid of the peripheral position of China and Latin America in the world economic system.
