【摘要】：进入21世纪，，新一轮的工业革命已经展开，制造业始终是科学技术与产业经济之间的桥梁。制造业是将可用资源与能源，通过制造过程，转化为可供人们使用或利用的工业品或生活消费品的行业。制造业在第三次工业革命中的地位是不可替代的，其发挥的作用也是相较以往显得尤为突出。制造业是人类社会发展的技术基础，不同产业的技术群体在制造业中共同发挥效能，制造业主导并推动着第三次工业革命的进程。制造技术伴随着人类的生产劳动，是人的实践经验的累积，同时也是科学发现的物质基础，在漫长的历史进程中，制造技术始终以人自身为模本，以满足人的需求为目的而改造自然。制造技术沿着智能化方向发展的同时导致制造业在更高的层次上的进化。制造业在互联网等信息技术的支撑下，更强调制造者或组织思维的链接，“控制”与“个性”成为其新的关键要素，这更像是在模仿人类的大脑器官，个体的智慧通过底层的网络技术相连，再经过数字化制造的方式进行实践，制造的过程不只出现在远离人们平日生活的工厂中，每个人都如同细胞一样融入到制造业无形的网络当中。这样，人的需求可以通过更加人性、更加低成本的制造方式来得到满足。在第三次工业革命的进程中，制造业的发展必然面临多方面的挑战。原有的技术体系与传统的生产方式无法迅速的适应在新的技术基础之上产生的新需求。制造业技术体系的重构影响着政治、经济、文化等社会要素的进步与发展，在生产力与生产关系的矛盾中制造业将接受众多考验。这就需要制造业充分结合并利用前沿技术发挥自身的优势，同时，随着科学技术的进步拓展自己的发展空间创造新的机遇。当然，更重要的是有良好的社会环境相配合，提供足够的社会资源给予制造业推动人类社会可持续发展的动力。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, a new round of industrial revolution has been launched, manufacturing industry has always been the bridge between science and technology and industrial economy. Manufacturing is an industry that converts available resources and energy into industrial products or consumer goods that can be used or used by people through the manufacturing process. The position of manufacturing industry in the third Industrial Revolution is irreplaceable. Manufacturing industry is the technological foundation for the development of human society. The technological groups of different industries play a role in the manufacturing industry, and the manufacturing industry dominates and promotes the process of the third industrial revolution. Manufacturing technology is accompanied by human production labor, is the accumulation of human practical experience, but also the material basis of scientific discovery, in the long historical process, manufacturing technology has always been based on the human itself. To meet human needs for the purpose of the transformation of nature. The development of manufacturing technology along the direction of intelligence leads to the evolution of manufacturing industry at a higher level. Supported by information technologies such as the Internet, manufacturing places more emphasis on links to the minds of manufacturers or organizations, and "control" and "personality" become new key elements, more like mimicking human brain organs. The wisdom of the individual is connected by the underlying network technology, and then practiced through digital manufacturing, and the manufacturing process does not just take place in factories that are far away from people's everyday lives. Everyone is like a cell into the invisible network of manufacturing. In this way, human needs can be met through a more humane, cheaper way of manufacturing. In the process of the third Industrial Revolution, the development of manufacturing industry must face many challenges. The original technology system and the traditional mode of production can not adapt to the new demand on the basis of the new technology. The reconstruction of manufacturing technology system affects the progress and development of social factors such as politics, economy, culture and so on. In the contradiction between productive forces and production relations, manufacturing industry will be subjected to many tests. This requires the manufacturing industry to fully combine and make use of the frontier technology to give play to its own advantages, at the same time, with the progress of science and technology to expand their own development space to create new opportunities. Of course, it is more important to have a good social environment to provide sufficient social resources for the manufacturing industry to promote the sustainable development of human society.
