广西电视台东盟传播能力建设研究

【摘要】:构建中国国际传播的大格局,必须发挥地方主流媒体的重要作用。随着中国与东盟政治、经济往来日渐密切,广西作为中国面向东盟开展交流与合作的桥头堡,其重要性日益凸显。广西电视台作为广西的主流媒体,肩负着担当沟通纽带的重任。在“一带一路”提出的大背景下,加强东盟传播能力建设对广西电视台而言是很有必要性和紧迫性的任务。本文运用文献分析法、实地调查法、深入访谈法以及内容分析法,结合传播力和影响力理论对广西电视台东盟传播能力建设进行探讨。根据国际传播学中关于传播力和影响力的论述,本文将传播力分为物质基础、人力基础以及渠道建设这三个因素来分析,而影响力的探讨则从传播制度、传播策略和传播内容三个角度出发。本文从这六个角度分别剖析广西电视台东盟传播的能力建设,分析其优劣势,从中找出问题解决的关键。最后为广西电视台东盟传播能力的建设提供有针对性和可行性的策略。就传播力而言,一是优化媒体资源,夯实物质基础;二是培养优质人才,提高传播水平;三是结合新兴媒体,拓展传播渠道。提升影响力也有三点:一是改善机制体制,提升传播品质;二是完善传播策略,实现精准传播;三是打造精品内容,树立媒介品
[Abstract]:In order to build a large pattern of international communication in China, the important role of the local mainstream media must be played. With the increasingly close economic exchanges between China and ASEAN, Guangxi, as the bridgehead of China's exchanges and cooperation with ASEAN, has become increasingly important. As the mainstream media in Guangxi, Guangxi TV station shoulders the link of communication. The task. In the background of "The Belt and Road" put forward, to strengthen ASEAN communication ability construction of Guangxi television station is very necessary and urgent task. Based on literature analysis, field survey method, interview method and content analysis method, combined with the spread of power and influence of the theory of Guangxi TV Taiwan ASEAN communication ability construction According to the discussion of the communication force and influence in the international communication science, this paper divides the communication force into three factors, namely material basis, human foundation and channel construction, and the discussion of influence from the three angles of communication system, communication strategy and communication content.
